I normally only write reviews for restaurants, but had to make an exception for Burlington Telecom. Their level of customer service is what others should strive for. When you call, you get a live person on the line instantly and they are patient and helpful. In a world where other companies have you wait on hold, bounce you around, and you end up speaking to someone in a service center half-way across the globe--- it is just so refreshingly wonderful to get local help instantly. Amazing people, amazing service. Best telecom provider in the state hands-down!!!

Very reliable internet. Often when other internet carriers in the area have outages my internet is not affected at all. The very few times I have run into technical problems customer service and tech support we're very fast to respond, even after hours. They went above and beyond to correct wiring in my home so I could put my router where I wanted it to be. The service level and quality are outstanding. Highly recommend if you want to be treated like a valued customer not just another account number.

My service went off when my cat jumped on the cord and broke it! I spoke to cormac and he immediately came to my house and fixed the problem with a smile on his face! Super nice super respectful and amazingly fast service! Called the company and this man was at my house 35 mins later!? Thanks again for your help my 4 kids will greatly appreciate there internet! Way better than any other internet company I’ve had including Xfinity!

I chuckle every time I hear about how bad the customer services with certain cable companies. Burlington telecom is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly people answer the phone and take care of the problem. Roy helped me with a small issue this morning. He was incredibly friendly and engaging and the issue was resolved quickly.

BT's customer support has been nothing short of amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are able to provide and implement a solution day-of. I was having issues with my ethernet cable connecting to my router, and a technician came and fixed the issue within an hour. Not to mention my internet speeds are very fast for the price paid!

While I have not had any technical issues with Burlington Telecom's services, I am disappointed that their customer service team has been reluctant to refund me in full for a recent billing issue. Upon the end of my lease in June, I asked my roommate to return our Wi-Fi router. The router was successfully returned but I later found out that as the primary account holder, I needed to contact Burlington Telecom to terminate our plan. I did not realize this was the case until several months later, after I had been billed over $200 in services I was not using. I honestly did not receive any mail, voicemails, or emails about the status of my account. After kindly speaking to BT several times about this issue, they were only able to refund half of my unused services. As a loyal customer, I am saddened that BT could not trust that I had absolutely no idea that I was still being billed after returning my router. While I appreciate the partial refund, I think it's BT's responsibility to 'pause' a customer's account if there's confusion about their status as a customer. I didn't appreciate BT assuming I wanted to continue paying for Wi-Fi without a Wi-Fi router.

I have been using Burlington Telecom for close to a decade now and have only great things to say about them. Their Help Desk is some of the best customer service I have interacted with, even during odd hours on the weekend. They put issues in layman terms and make sure self troubleshooting can be done before an employee can come out on site. Always amazed how smart their staff are and when I need to visit their location to swap routers or other equipment, I am met with patience and understanding.

I had the best customer service call with Kevin on the Help Desk - highly unusual in this day and age. I had just picked up a new router from the office and made one misstep in the set-up and needed to call for some assistance. How lucky I was to get Kevin. Halfway through the call we couldn't stop laughing. Thanks for such an unexpectedly fun customer service call!

I started service a little under 8 months ago. My install technicians were Mike and Dakota. They were very informative and explained what needed to be done. I liked how they didnt just jump into drilling holes without my permission first. I ran into some speed issues that turned out NOT to be Burlington telecoms fault, but rather an outdated personal piece of equipment. The Help Desk technician Jeff was very kind, courteous, and walked me through troubleshooting steps to locate the culprit. The service itself has had no issues and is 100x better than comcast/xfinity. Not only are my speeds awesome for the price (in comparison) but the company and call-center is local. Im a big advocate for supporting Local.Thank you BT
