Fantastic customer service! I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. We made an online order but bought the wrong size. We were greeted by three helpful salespeople when we came in. Ben helped my son try on 4 boots until he found the perfect fit. He was kind and eager to make sure we were set up correctly. They made the exchange easy. Thanks Burton!

Never leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. Was really looking forward to checking this store out and talking gear, looking to purchase a new full set up and kit but walked out without buying anything after walking around for 30 minutes. Walked into the store that had 5 or 6 employees talking around the sales desk. No greeting or welcome in, walked around a bit checking out bibs and boards, still no greeting or anyone asking if I needed any help. 2 female employees were in the women’s section trying on clothes talking about their discount and buying jackets for this winter. Pulled out 3 or 4 boards and compared them, still nobody asked if I had any questions. I’ve managed a skate/wakeboard shop for over 10 years and I could never imagine any of my team treating customers this way. I get it if this place was busy but there were only 2 other customers in the shop. I was really excited about coming here we drove 2 hours out of our way just for this shop and it was a horrible representation of Burton, been riding their boards, boots and kits for years and this honestly made me not want to support them at all. I understand it’s not a representation of the brand if this were just an authorized dealer but I would expect top tier service at THE flagship store. Been in the board sport industry on the retail side and a snowboard instructor in Aspen for 10+ years and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.This is the first review I’ve ever left a business.

Decided I would give Burton snowboards a try this year. Was referred to this store specifically, and I was not disappointed. I knew for the most part what I wanted walking in, and staff did a great job answering any questions I had and didn’t try and steer me away or towards anything else. If burtons products compare to their customer service in store they have a new customer for life!

A must go if you are into snowboarding. Make sure you visit the Craig's facility, where boards are being built and history displayed, with tour guide Todd Kohlman.

Staff are always super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products when you have questions. Wide open floor plan, which gives the store a very laid-back atmosphere. There's a store dog that sometimes wanders through, but usually he just minds his own business.

The store is beauty and encountering one of the 100 shop dogs is a treat. Aside from that, the intimate Burton factory tour is fantastic. Our guide was super knowledgeable and we met staff members who are clearly committed to the advancement of their product and the sport. I left with a much greater appreciation of Burton and Burton products. And a brand new jacket and bib.

Sorry guys, I get that your having a major outage. But customer service while great when you get them on the phone if you have any follow up nothing gets done.I had an order that was placed and cancelled due to your outage. Ok so then we are told to contact stores. Well the items I want are at different stores and my holiday is within a week. Ok no problem and to be fair I have to say both stores did honor my 10% discount. But here is where it gets annoying and why you don't get the 5 stars.I need expedited shipping due to the outage and waiting for info but now since I have to order from 2 stores I have to pay shipping twice. While support say they would help apparently there is nothing that can be done. So I have to pay extra to make sure I get my items since you guys are having an outage ? just not helpful really and makes it feel like it's the customers responsible rather than Burton handling there business.Having such a big outage I understand but telling customers how to proceed while charging them extra seems naughty to me.Hope you get it resolvedEdit: upping the stars as since I left the review burton did come back and refunded me the second postage. This i appreciate, and honestly it would have been a 5 star review however since I had to write this to get my issue resolved rather than just with support I don't think it can be all 5.Again thanks guys and keep up the good work hopefully my experiences next time will be better and we can rework the stars ?

Tony! Toni! Tonë! Idk how he spells his name but this employee went above and beyond my expectations today! I’m visiting from out of town and forgot a few essentials for my trip and BiG T had my back. When searching for products he suggested multiple tiers of pricing and the benefits of each and their flaws. Being completely transparent with me was a huge help and it felt like he was treating me as a friend and less like a customer. The store is beautiful the staff is AMAZING and I’ll certainly be a return customer to this location. PS Big T if you read this the gloves are perfect and these thermal rock, Thanks again!

If you are a snowboarder, visiting the flagship Burton location in Burlington, Vermont, at least once in your lifetime is a requirement ?. The wall displays show the evolution of snowboarding, including many of the actual boards along the way. The people are super cool and helpful. And of course, you can get any Burton item you need there! No matter what brand of board you ride, seeing where it all started is very cool.

Loved the design and layout of the retail area and everyone was super nice. Retail area was actually pretty big.
