I just have to say that my neighbors are incredible, I feel like I have moved into the right place at this time in my life. Every day is a new adventure and I love it! Eileen O’Rourke helped me look for a home in APR/MAY of this year. Eileen was a great help to me; I live out of state and she coordinated many showings with my daughter and worked tirelessly to keep me informed of new listings and neighborhood features. While I did not find a home, I appreciate Eileen’s diligence and honesty as we looked for something in my price range that met my specific needs and wants. There were several times when I became very excited about possible homes, but my reality was that I was not fully reviewing the specific information. I wanted so badly to return to VT that I wasn’t as diligent as I should have been. Thankfully Eileen was diligent! Several times Eileen pointed out that certain locations may not be as dog friendly as I needed–I have an elderly dog who needs outdoor access pretty quickly. Slow elevators or limited grassy areas were things I needed to be aware of. Eileen was sensitive to my needs and situation. I think she could sense how badly I wanted to return to VT, and she could easily have taken advantage of that eagerness leading me to buy a home I might not have thoroughly thought through. While I was ready to offer more than the asking price twice–later panicking over my own behavior–Eileen calmly convinced me to keep my offers within a reasonable range. I’m so grateful for Eileen’s guidance, honesty, and expertise. She put my needs first–even when I was starting to lose sight of my own needs! Great experience with this company! As a first time homebuyer, Cindy was wonderful to work with! She was so approachable, friendly, fun to be around, and amazingly knowledgeable and professional. I felt like she had my back the whole time and had my best interest in the forefront of her mind. She was a dedicated realtor and I really enjoyed having her help me through this process. Will was incredible to work with in finding our home in VT. We lived out of state and at times were unable to go in person to the homes. Will went to the homes we were interested in seeing and video called us during the viewing. Not being from the state, Will took our feedback of the area we were interested in living and provided wonderful suggestions of the towns of interest. He was very responsive and answered our questions and any concerns we had during the home buying process. Even after the sale was finalized, Will still checks on us to make sure all is good and answers any questions we may have. We appreciate Will and highly recommend him.
