“Such a great caring place. Please donate. Places like this help family's in the worst of times. Amazing staff. Amazing volunteers!!!!!! Thank you”
“Been coming here for last 3 years. I have only brought my 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 yr old boy and girl to the playground at boys and girls club and my kids love it AND parent approved. Other playgrounds even at schools we have found syringes/needles, used condoms, a very young child started a fire at another playground under the slide.. never have had an incident here.. NEVER. Very clean, no trash on the grounds garbages are kept pretty decent. Highly recommend and this is only park we go to.”
“A sanctum welcome to all, ACV is a special place in Burlington.
The space itself is gorgeous. Unostentatious but thoughtful plants and artwork adorn the interior creating a space inviting healing and growth. Reverent but assumingly the honor and lineage of the dojo's roots is well echoed and observed in it's family-oriented community.
Vermonters looking for a martial arts and method that encompasses both Mind and Body, this is an Aikido dojo of the highest caliber. ACV is for young and old, there are seriously dedicated students as well as UVM students and kids' classes.
They offer weapons training, financial assistance, and have deeply caring staff and leadership. Increasingly grateful for this space and its people here in Burlington.”
“I personally did not stay here, but about 14 years ago when I was in Burlington my family did. I’m so grateful that they provided easy housing for my parents while they were going through something that could not be imagined. They couldn’t always sleep in the hospital with me at the same time, so the Ronald McDonald House will forever be the one I will recommend and in the future I will definitely be donating. Thank you for treating me and my family so well.”
“From the pictures the store looks great! The address listed here is not the store though, its the offices. From street view it seems the store is on 40 Lake street. Either way super cool!!!!”
“Intervale Center was an absolute dream of a wedding venue! I reached out less than four months before our desired date, and they made everything so easy from start to finish. They truly have it all—tables, chairs, a portable PA system with microphones, gorgeous ceremony spaces, and the most stunning restored barn for the reception.
Chelsea, the coordinator, deserves the biggest shout-out. She was an incredible communicator every step of the way and provided clear, detailed instructions for literally everything, which made planning so much easier—especially since we live in South Carolina and were planning from afar. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond and always so kind and reassuring. She made the entire process simple, organized, and completely stress-free.
We had only seen photos of the venue before booking, and our very first time seeing it in person was just two days before our wedding during our walkthrough. Let me tell you—it took our breath away. Pictures don’t come close to capturing how stunning this venue truly is.
The whole team runs like a well-oiled machine and helped this stressed-out bride feel calm and confident throughout. It has the perfect flow for a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place, making it the ultimate one-stop shop for a wedding.
I’m so grateful we stumbled upon this amazing gem because we truly couldn’t have had a more magical, beautiful, and fun day anywhere else!”

“Donated blood and the folks there are always so friendly, informative, and caring. They also really seem to know what they are doing! Lots of snacks and beverages available with a comfortable place to recover. This is where I prefer to go to donate blood for sure!”

“I learned about y'all and the Good News Garages many, many years ago and know young man who's a mechanic named Matt Parker, whose wife and he are true Good Samaritans who could really benefit from learning how to run a car ministry because they are trying to run a mobile repair business in order to pay for their family's living expenses AND performing good deeds in Tulsa Oklahoma where I fear they've been misunderstood like many of your own recipients I see folks condemn for whatever reason but who really don't understand your mission. You're the GOOD NEWS GARAGE that helps poor folks who need vehicles in good mechanical condition and I can only assume you're not in the business of judging folks about being poor. Anyway, Matt & family might just be able to start a Good News Garage -Tulsa or Good News Garage -Anywhere USA. Check out his earlier YT videos at Parker's Mobile Automotive. They're truly awesome Folks ???”
“Went here looking for something for a Halloween costume I had in mind. Not only did this store have the perfice peices for my costume, but they also had lots of high end products at ?scarily? low price! The woman who helped me find what I was looking for, Lisa was extremely kind and helpful as well. If you want a quaint little thrift shop with great prices and great products, this is the place!”

“Thank god for ms. Mehgan. I am a mtf trans gurl and she was one of the few ppl in this town that called me she and her! The rainbow flags on church st should be torn down! This is the most transphobic place in new England.”
“This store is beautiful and filled with unique homemade crafts. I really enjoyed wandering around this store. Unfortunately, it was way out of my budget, though there are some cute cards and postcards for those of you on a budget. I would highly recommend walking through this store.”

“They genuinely assisted a young man, friend of my son's, in keeping his items safe and also for possibly staying outside after a sudden homelessness experience. The young man did end up receiving a hotel room, thank God. Spectrum was there for him, as it is for so very many other youths that need help and assistance. Good bless the people that work here!! ❤️”
