Loved shopping here, but the store closing so early now, I won't even bother. They used to be open till midnight.

Store is disgusting. Smells, garbage everywhere, empty shelves. Couldn't even get checked out and just left the stuff at the counter. I don't know how a company like CVS tolerates this on their brand.

i truly hate writing bad reviews as someone who has worked in customer service for 5 years. however, this was such a frustrating experience for so many reasons. i was purchasing snacks at the self checkout and it started calling for assistance. normally this just means an employee needs to scan their card to finish the checkout. there was one man on checkout, so i waited patiently for him to come over after he finished with his customer. but then he took the next person, and the next, i’ll while the machine loudly called for an employee. i asked him if he could help and he said he called SECURITY so they should help. he continues about his day, the line getting v long. and so obviously when security comes up they leave and tell him to scan the machine. and then he just… continues to stand there. maybe he truly didn’t know what to do, but surely he could’ve offered to check us out or gotten assistance to shorten his line? we waited for 10 minutes and finally a woman comes up to him. he says nothing about the situation and let’s her walk away. i felt like i was literally in a dream i was so confused and the line was so ridiculously long so i ended up leaving my stuff and leaving. i’m not blaming just the man at the checkout, but clearly there needs to be better training/assistance? don’t schedule one person who doesn’t know the ins and outs yet.

Needed to pick a diabetes test and determine care follow up plan. Pharmacist Elizabeth was present, patient and thorough in helping me pick a test kit and showing me how to use it. Hers was the ideal kind of interaction I've always wanted but don't get from my PCP and specialists. Excellent and reassuring experience.

It's a CVS why would you even read reviews on it? This one though, if you're really actually reading reviews before hitting the goshdang CVS, tends to be a little understocked and understaffed at times. And you gotta excuse the slightly on-edge employees, because based on the location they have to deal with a fair amount of crackies.

Very helpful. Christine, the pharmacist could not have been more helpful. Good person.

Prices are quite high even for standard basic items, store shelves were barely stocked, staff was nowhere in sight, the self-checkout was extremely finicky and would choke up at the slightest things, things were very disorganized and cluttered, and the overall vibe was one of "I need to get out of here as fast as possible." Not a good look.

I popped into this store on a whim deciding to get my passport photos taken, and Bob was a fantastic help! I could tell he was busy stocking the store, but he was happy to put it aside and he answered all of my questions, took my picture swiftly and expertly, and he processed my photos and payment incredibly fast! He also took the time to ask me if I wanted to save $10 by getting a CVS card. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Also, the pictures were great! Excellent service

Came in for my covid booster on the 16th and was asked to check in at the pharmacy and give them my insurance card. Pharmacist (I believe her name was Paula-had brown hair and glasses) was not friendly at all and tossed my insurance card back at me when she was done with it rather than handing it back to me nicely like any considerate person would. If you don’t like interacting with people maybe choose a different profession. Luckily the woman who actually administered my vaccine was nice.

pharmacy is so slow and unprofessional. I had a prescription sent in and when i went in three hours later, they still hadn't put it together. I've heard them use the claim that the machines are down many, many times. The pharmacist is very rude and should really be evaluated for professionalism. I very much agree on what was said about mental health stigma. Their laziness and lack of effort also caused me to be off my medication for a full day longer than i should have been- all the while being pretty disrespectful

"It's in plain sight" employee not wearing mask muttered after I asked where something was. Pretty good stuff besides that tho

I stopped in to buy a cell phone charger. The clerk saw me looking confused and came right over to help. I was very impressed.

The pharmacy is about as friendly and helpful as it gets. The pharmacist Emma, in specific is supportive in every way when you go in with a question or concern. Thank you guys. Keep it up!

Every time I visit CVS on Church Street the pharmacist, Emma, is helpful and sweet. She's knowledgeable, resourceful, and never makes me feel like she's in a hurry or can't help me even when the store is super busy. I imagine being a health professional in a retail context is challenging but, she's smart and has excellent customer service skills. I don't know what Constance is talking about. I just popped on to write this review and was shocked to see a negative one with Emma's name on it.
