SATURDAY 6.55 pm 12/2nd. 64 year old hearing disabled Hispanic female escorted out of the store. My 38 years old daughter self checked a Package of theraflu and she was asked for her ID. At time of presenting her ID the manager in charge requested my ID since I was standing next to her. I didn't have it with me but I was only checking out a bar of chocolate .According to the manager the store policy requires everyone to present an ID. I tried to explain that I am 64 and I'm buying a chocolate !After a heated exchange because he was so non cooperative He proceeded to REMOVE THE CHOCOLATE FROM MY HANDS AND CALLED SECURITY.I tried to go and get another bar but I was denied my right to buy it Paradoxically my daughter WAS DISPENSED THE THERAFLU so basically the store manager either broke "the store policy " or Simply PUNISHED A HEARING SENIOR DENYING HER TO BUY A CHOCOLATE AND EMBARRASSING IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WHILE A SECURITY GUY FORCED HER TO LEAVE THE STORE FOR STANDING FOR HER RIGHT TO BUY A CHOCOLATE .

I love everyone at this location. The pharmacists are knowledgable, friendly, and work hard to make sure everyone gets what they need in a timely manner. The security guard always welcomes me with a smile. The staff at the registers and throughout the store always help out when the self-scan gets upset and I don't feel like a nuisance (even though they're probably used to saying the same things over and over again). Overall, great people.

Stopped here real quick to grab some waters and a bag of pretzels before they closed. Shoulda looked at the date on the pretzels, but just figured they'd be fine. Opened them and they were stale as ever?? Looked at the date and they were from JANUARY 2023!? This manager needs to go through inventory and throw out some things...putting it nicely. I can only imagine what else is expired and still on the shelves in there?? :/ $6 down the drain. Make sure you check your dates at this place!

pharmacy is so slow and unprofessional. I had a prescription sent in and when i went in three hours later, they still hadn't put it together. I've heard them use the claim that the machines are down many, many times. The pharmacist is very rude and should really be evaluated for professionalism. I very much agree on what was said about mental health stigma. Their laziness and lack of effort also caused me to be off my medication for a full day longer than i should have been- all the while being pretty disrespectful

"It's in plain sight" employee not wearing mask muttered after I asked where something was. Pretty good stuff besides that tho

Every time I visit CVS on Church Street the pharmacist, Emma, is helpful and sweet. She's knowledgeable, resourceful, and never makes me feel like she's in a hurry or can't help me even when the store is super busy. I imagine being a health professional in a retail context is challenging but, she's smart and has excellent customer service skills. I don't know what Constance is talking about. I just popped on to write this review and was shocked to see a negative one with Emma's name on it.
