Cashier needs some supervision. While there's a line of customers, the cashier decides that's the right time to put inventory away and break up boxes. Hoping management reads this and makes a change.

The store sells the very basic items. Moving from larger cities and store setup up is very small and minimal supplies. Sells good amount of spices and Dal supplies. Store could use some re-organization and more appeal. Looks half close. Not as welcoming.

This place is a little funky, but they have a great selection of hard to find South Asian spices and other ingredients. They also have a great selection of frozen products including South Asian breads. Of course, they have chutneys, various types of rice and other items. The owners are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for South Asian spices and food products this is the only place in Northern Vermont I know of that carries such a wide selection.

I stumbled on this place, as I was heading to another Asian store situated right across the street. Decided to check out to see what's in stock and found that this store mainly carried East Indian products such as basmati rice, lentils, spices, pastes, sauces, drinks, and sweets. They also have some vegetables, frozen food, some cheap looking household deco stuff, and calling cards to India and Asian countries. The store is owned and operated by a Nepali family and is quite evident when you see them all hanging out behind the counter like it was their living room. The owner did ask me to let him know if I needed something in particular or if I couldn't find what I was looking for. The store didn't look particularly clean or organized which is typical of Asian stores in many places. I purchased some Indian chips/snacks to give them some business. The owner's wife was curious of my iPhone photo snaps both inside and outside the store and asked, "Why are you taking pictures?" I replied, "To help you guys grow your business by letting others know on social media ..........like Facebook, Twitter, Yelp.....!! In closing, if you're looking for Indian type ingredients such as spices, curry powder, unique veges, etc, you'll find them here.
