My urgency did not obligate the staff at Kinko’s to complete my print and binding job today. But they did. I appreciate how, late in the day, they were transparent that they could try to add the project, but were not sure it was feasible. I appreciate how organized they are and how they make sure all projects are done well. I’m particularly grateful they completed my books as I head out tomorrow to bring them to a funeral. But, even if they couldn’t, they staff are wonderful and they provide quality communication and service

I had such a great experience with this store! The store manager Matt was so proactive and helpful in calling me to let me know about the opening hours, which is how I realised that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my print as I had originally planned. Instead he helped me out and went way above and beyond to get it delivered for me and absolutely saved the day. Thank you so much for the print, the delivery, and the cute note! I can’t recommend a better print service.

I came in today trying to ship a couple things for some fellow swifties! I came in not really knowing how to ship the things I needed to. I was understandably nervous speaking to someone due to how little I knew about sending out a package. One package I had a shipping label already printed out. The other I did not. I was standing in line and an older looking man said he could help me. I went up to the counter and explained I didn’t know how to send this out. All I knew was I had one shipping label for one package and none for the other. He proceeded to huff and start typing on his computer VERY loudly. I’m was completely embarrassed. He didn’t say anything outright mean but his tone was awful. He treated me like an idiot. He had zero customer service skills. If I were him I would do a better job at treating your customers like real people instead of making them feel foolish for not knowing how to send out a dang package. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never going back!!!!

Josh and Mike in the Burlington location are absolutely fabulous! Josh walked me through the entire process and was dependable, helpful, courteous and responded quickly to my needs. This store always exceeds my expectations with how professional and quickly they get things done. Do not think twice before working with them! They're great!
