The store is an utter nightmare. I went in there today to make two color copies, at a total cost to my credit card of $1.49. I just happened to check my credit card statement and there is a charge from the store for $10. I tried calling the store many times but there is no one that ever answers the phone, no live person answers the phone, it's only recordings and a loop over and over again. It would probably be easier to pick up the phone and speak with Joseph Biden, than getting a hold of someone at this store.

This FedEx cation is a complete and utter nightmare. I made two color copies there for a total of $1.49. when I checked my credit card, there's a charge there for $10. I called many times and it is impossible to actually speak with a representative. The phone only provides a loop over and over and over again but does not you to a real person.

An employee stole my $2000 electronic device from its box during overnight shipping and continued shipping the empty box.Update: Fed ex acknowledged the weight of the box was different upon shipping and receiving, but refused to take responsibility.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had the worst experience at this Fed Ex store. I went there to renew my passport and the guy who was “helping” me was rude, codesending and very unhelpful. I would ask him a question and he answered rudely as if I should know what to do. His whole attitude was as if he didn’t want to help at all. I will never go there again

Call the center for a simple question. I was kept on hold for a very long time when finally I reached the representative the person was extremely rude and short and did not properly. Listen to my question and then hung up. Now I need to drive all the way down there probably deal with the same incompetent person and hopefully they will be able to help me with my issue in person. Extremely annoyed that I couldn’t ask a question over the phone and now I need to drive down there and take time out of my day.

Great place to ship packages. Employees make extra effort to help solve problems with shipping or timing issues with packages.

Great place to ship and drop off packages. Also had them print a large sign for me at my business Wires Computing and it came out really nice. Only took a few days ?

Avoid this location at all costs. Every time I’ve been in (3 times in the last month), they have been severely understaffed with the store employee visibly stressed out. I have never gotten out of this location in less than a half hour, even for something as simple as a QR code return drop off. If you can go anywhere else, do it.

I ran in at store closing to print something I needed right away, and realized I had forgotten my wallet- they were so helpful and kind and printed it for me anyway so I could have it when I needed it!

Fed x is the worse. They have lost 3 packages of mine and never responded to me. When I did get a hold of someone in customer services the rudely hung up on me. Still have no idea where my packages were left. Hopefully where they were left the people are enjoying my orders. Going to have all packages from Fed X for now on where I have to sign for it. Never have a issue with UPS they have never lost a package of mine.

A printing nightmare. Ordered a 140usd+ print order. The proofs were off so they told me they'd have the printers serviced. They call me that evening saying the proofs were looking better when they printed from a different program. I gave them the go ahead with the order, but they wanted me to come in again to look at the new proofs.... I came in and approved the proofs. They kept the proofs to ensure quality for the final order. The day before the orders due date I was called again, they told me the printers were working worse than before, so they would have someone come out tomorrow to service them. They asked if I could pick up my order that afternoon instead of the morning like I scheduled.I was driving out of state for an event I needed the prints for, and my arrival was time sensitive. so I told them no, the morning is the only time I can pick up the prints. Additionally I ordered these prints multiple days ago. I tell them to print the order anyway because I needed it in the morning. I arrived in the morning, and was told they just didn't print my order and threw out my proofs w/out showing me. For this job I used my own 11x17" 80lb cover paper. They used 20+ pages of my paper, threw out the proofs and didn't even attempt my order.

I continue to have issues with packages either being damaged or not delivered for weeks at a time.
