I wouldn’t waste my time renting from this management group. They don’t work with tenants to resolve problems and have ridiculous terms in their lease. They push out long-term tenants and take their time when turning over properties to charge the former tenant longer for break lease rent. After renting for more than five years in two different units at the same property complex, and having nothing but good experiences, the management staff has turned over so much and their president, Stephanie Gilbert, could not take five minutes out of her day to have a face-to-face conversation with one of her tenants to come to a resolution that could save both her company and her tenant. The level of courtesy, kindness, and ethics that has changed Since Covid is egregious. Not to mention the lack of competency from her assistant management team.

I have worked with Stephanie and the staff of Full Circle for 2 years. I find them to be professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of our condo Association. They look out for our best interests, and we can count on them to provide immediate service in emergency situations. No matter the situation: financial, environmental, legal, town ordinances, Stephanie is our advocate, and she always provides us with up-to-date information. I highly recommend her as a management professional.

Folks at Full Circle have been patient and helpful in settling payment issues for me. They are responsive to any queries and take care of problems in a timely manner.

This is the worst property management company in town. I called them 4 times to get a tenant reference. 2 of the times I got a call back from people with limited English skills. Allegiant property management or 5 seasons would be a better choice. Full circle customer service response and methods for dealing with normal property management inquiries are pathetic.
This is written after the owners response: This company has only communicated clearly and promptly to protect their star rating NOT in the general course of business.
I was called back twice out of 4 calls I made- no one answers the phone at the office. The first call back the secretary did not speak English sufficiently to handle the call. This was not an issue of an accent. I specifically asked the first secretary to have someone that spoke English call me back and never heard from anyone. This was akin to dealing with an inept overseas customer service person from a mega corporation (think of a frustrating call with comcast or Chase bank or the like but worse).
After my fourth call and voice message to the office, a different secretary called me back (who did speak english) did tell me about the policy for the release form. I’ve been a landlord for 10 years and vetted many tenants. This is an atypical practice in this state for dealing with this type of inquiry.
If full circle called back the first time and informed me of this policy I wouldn’t have written the review. It took 4 phone calls to be informed of the policy and that is what turned this routine reference check into a headache and has resulted in this one star review.
Takeaways- if you’re a landlord this is the sub par service you can expect to be given to your fellow landlords trying to vet tenants. If your a tenant, full circle will make it harder for you to rent another place by not returning reference calls. Tenants and landlords can do better.

Never had any problems with maintenance. If people treated them like they wanted to be treated themselves life would be much so much better.

They are a great college rental management company. I believe they do more than just college rentals. They manage the college kids very well and fix broken items as soon as possible. Sometimes the labor shortage is tight in Burlington so you just have to be patient. My college student rented from them for two years and they were very helpful whenever there were any issues issues. Great Staff!

I worked with Addyson, it was a really frustrating experience. I produced all the required documents promptly and the application fee when requested. Once approved I was told I'm on top of the list and suddenly was told the unit is taken. Ok no worries, then get contacted 2 weeks later about availability. I get excited and get all my details in place and ask to send in the lease, sign it and ask for how to pay my deposit. In all this I am not being shown The apartment after repeated requests.The property manager suddenly stopped taking my calls. Since I am on a 24 hr deadline I go to their office and ask them if I can give it to them.They have no idea on anything related to the Conner way apartment.Come back to the office for an important meeting and get a cancelled lease email from the manager saying that this won't work since I came to the office and questioned why these details were not clear and my calls were not picked up.Followed by an email chain full of drama.I am still not clear if my application is still in process or not. Not sure with this incompetence I'll even see my application fees back. Bummer since the apartment was really good and was looking forward to it.

I have nothing but praise for the work of Stephanie and Jesse at Full Circle. Our association at Roosevelt Plaza is a diverse group of businesses spread across 3 buildings with some unique challenges. As president of the association, I can always count on Jesse to present thoughtful suggestions and solutions to make our life as volunteers easier.
