Read the listing here for this company. Tried to call them about handling the mgmt of our Burlington condo, which we are going to rent out soon. Called at 2pm, which I saw is outside their (strangely limited) business hours, but thought I'd leave a message and they'd later call me.However, got: "This call is being recorded." Then on-hold music which I hung up on after a minute. So I can't say I've done business with these folks, but I can say it's kinda sad when a business is "open" only about 8 hours a week and can't even get their phone system to handle voicemail messages. Seems Fusion isn't a serious company and should be avoided when practical.

For the last six years, we were extremely fortunate to have Fusion Property manage our stand-alone family house in the Village at Dorset Park in South Burlington. Ricky and the Fusion Property team were proactive in their communication, extremely responsible in managing our property, and quick to respond to any questions we had. As we were living overseas, this provided us great peace of mind as visiting our property was not an option.Returning this summer to move into our house, we were amazed at its excellent condition. This in and of itself is a testament to Fusion Property's professionalism and judgment in selecting the tenants. To boot, there was never a gap between tenants. We would definitely use them again if we were to go back abroad.

Worst company I've ever lived under. They just bought the complex mid November 2021, and all new leases they ar bumping the prices almost $300! They never answer the phone when you call. You have to wait over a week to get someone out on a maintenance emergency. Plus the office lady is rude and treats us horrible. We are moving when our lease is up. Previous company was more efficient and took care of the grounds 100% better. They have a little oldman clean and mow the lawns here. Feel sorry for him. These out of state companies have no clue what it's like here in Arizona. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Wonderful job over all. I just don’t have the time to vet and find new tenants. So I looked to Fusion for help. I found that Ashley has a wonderful business model that worked for me. Ricky has also been incredibly responsive to all my communications. Great team.
