Very rude staff. Walked out and left the pajamas I wanted to buy.

I live out of state and try to make at least two trips a year to get items for my kids. I try to come during sales but even without a sale the price is worth it for the quality. Pants I buy from other larger chain stores become see through and pill these last so I can feel good passing them along when my kids grow out of them. I find it runs true to size or a little on the bigger side which I don’t mind.

My daughter bought my grandson some boots to small, had her receipt. They wouldn’t exchange them. Or let her pick out something else. Pass the 30 days. Will not go there.

Meh. A lot of their stuff is a bit precious for me, but some of it isn't too painfully cutesy, and they do have good sales. Would give a better review for that reason but: 1. Fitting room is a mess. Trash on the floor, random boxes sitting around. Just looks like they don't care. And 2. The staff will let you pay but make no attempt to interrupt their conversation about that night's plans, who's going to drive, etc. Look up, greet customers, and make your plans when you're NOT actively in the middle of a checkout.

We were visiting Burlington and didn't pack shorts so our walk on Church St. got very cold for our children. We saw this place and decided to grab a pair of pants for our kids. The prices of these children's clothes were a little steep but thankfully there was a sale rack outside where I was able to grab 2 pairs of pants for $20 and the quality of the pants is great!

Awesome store! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. While I wasn't able to find the particular raincoat I wanted (they are outlet) one of the girls brought out a coat that wasn't displayed and I ended up purchasing that instead! At 60% off!

This is a great little shop, filled with lots of great colorful and cute clothing - mostly for baby, kids, and some for adults. The quality of the products is really durable, with high quality cotton, and stitching. The negative is their sizing... it was described to me as "noodley" - essentially for skinny kids. They suggested if the kid is noodley, go with one size up. I think their proportion are for tall skinny kids / people. For their adult clothing, I purchased a medium long sleeve shirt. I normally can wear a size small from Eddie Bauer, or Life is Good. For Hatley, I purchased the medium, it is still narrowed, and much longer than the other 2 brands that I mentioned. The sleeves run past my knuckles. If you're of average height, maybe sticking to their short sleeve clothing would be best. :-)

Super cute store. I went in to get my godson some gifts and was shocked to find that so many things were on sale! There was a wide and interesting selection and I really liked browsing and enjoyed all the unique gifts. I need to make it to this place again!
