“Today I went to this T-Mobile location just to ask a few questions about promotions and fixing my cracked screen (what I thought was a cracked screen). I believe the person that helped me was named Kayla but sometimes I terrible with names. The service I received was fantastic, all my questions were answered and the screen I thought was broken was just a damaged screen protector which was replaced for me. Honest, friendly, courteous, helpful were all the people who work here, I couldn't ask for better service ??❤️”
“Dealing with phones and contracts can be so confusing and frustrating, especially with how often plans change. But my mom and I have been working with Lucien every time we come in since we switched over and we LOVE HIM! Whatever his pay is, double it, he takes every possible measure to make sure we are taken care of and understand what is happening on our plan. Plus he fulling remembers details of our issues in the past so every-time we come in we aren’t starting over explaining what we need to do/change!”
“I've been a customer for a long time and I have had nothing but excellent customer service! I recently needed to get new service at my apartment for my job (the neighbors WiFi was no longer sufficient). The woman I spoke with on the phone, (I wish I'd written down her name!) was kind, professional, friendly and happy and answered all my questions very quickly and articulately. (I have never had a phone experience with GMAVT that was in any way contrary to this!) Jason arrived within an hour to set up service. He was also knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, he worked very quickly and efficiently, made sure I was happy with his work as he was doing it and was so tidy while in my home! GMAVTs cost is less than Comcast's and much more transparent (we've had both) but I'd even pay more if I had to. They are more than worth it!!!”
