completely rude and unprofessional. was questioned about how and where my money comes from, tons of intrusive questions and finally told "having a bank account is a privilege not a right" went across the street to community bank and have NEVER been so happy with a bank. id tell people to take their money put of keybank they should not be incharge of anything let alone peoples money .

Slowest bank I've ever had to deal with on a daily basis in my life. Sprained my ankle and have had to use their drive up window over 8 times in a month. They never ever have more than one drive up window open even though they have always had two besides their atm only one. Constantly wait over 15-20 min each time regardless of what time it is. This is ridiculous to the point where I've driven to another Keybank location. Mentioned it to their teller and the attitude I got was the most unconcerned one ever. Cannot wait til I never have to deal with this branch again!

KeyBank’s ATM in Essex Junction stole our $600 cash that was deposited. The atm froze while depositing and then spit out two receipts with no deposit amount on them. We immediately went into the bank to rectify the ATM error, and the bank manager refused to refund our money immediately. This business cannot be trusted!!! We had $600 cash and trusted that we could deposit it safely into KeyBank and have it immediately available to us for bills, but that has proven to be very

Key Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I'm sure the tellers are very nice, but the Mother Corp is messed up. The only reason I signed up was to get the 200.00 "offer"--that was 3 months ago. I just spent 30 minutes trying to access online banking, only to receive a message that I had to call. When I finally got through to the automated phone tree, the automatic message said "all agents are busy" (at *9:30 a.m.) and to use the "online banking feature" which had just given me the error message that I was locked.oit. Nightmare. Good luck actually getting to speak to a human. I hate to see these large corporate banks getting away with this crap. Going to close this account asap.
