Went in for the first time today instead of ordering online. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the cashier. I’ll definitely be going back in the future!

It’s almost like the lululemon northeast team has decided to repeatedly hire all the rude, mean, and garbage people for this place. It doesn’t matter who’s in charge; their business model just attracts the most mean-spirited, pathetic, fraternity/sorority-type people. They declined every request for returning some gifts I had for store credit. As I’m talking to this staff member, her 19-year-old male coworker, who acts like a brat in general, mumbles to some other customers about how I’m taking too long because apparently he’s unable to help the those customers and wanted to talk to the staff who was helping me. Long story short, they acted like I’ve stolen my gifts because I told them I can’t ask the original buyer for the receipt (b/c it’s awkward when you’re returning gifts). It makes me physically sick to step into this store.

We often shop here while staying on our boat in the marina on Lake Champlain. The staff here are always amazing!!! (And not just when we bring our husky puppy, Indra in! Although they did give her fresh water and lots of love every time we brought her up). They have gone above and beyond finding what we are looking for and even sent something to us that had not made it into our bag. Every single staff member is beyond knowledgeable and friendly every. single. time. Thank you Lulu Church Street for making shopping fun and enjoyable!

I hate to rag on a Lululemon store, but this isn't a good one... it had low stock and no one helped me after over 10 minutes in store

I have nothing but good things to say about the lululemon store in Burlington vt. Staff is very friendly and products are high quality. However I ordered a product online they didn't have in the store anpreceived someone returned order. They didn't take the time to repackage the leggings. The plastic wrapper inside the envelope was ripped open and the label for return inexistent. Do not order on line from this company. The product quality was poor and they charged me $118.. never again!

Staff is super helpful. The store has a wide verity, selection and sizing for mens wear. Staff was energetic and knowledge about the product. They were super helpful getting me what I needed without being pushy or trying to over-sell. The store manager, Libby, personally helped me find the perfect fit for the shirts / pants I needed. I went in the store on a busier afternoon, so the personal touch from the manager & staff was a pleasant surprise. TLDR: Store manager and staff are great.

Tried to return a present and was told Lulu Lemon requires the card used to purchase the item to be present along with the receipt.So now I have to return it to the person who gave it to me, and they then waste their time coming back here?No I don't want store credit.Just give them back THEIR money.Also worth noting, the person who bought it for me was denied a military discount despite having their ID in hand, and were told to call Lulu Lemon corporate.Who fraudulently attempts to RETURN an item on someone else's behalf??? Ridiculous. What a scam.Any company that protects revenue by making it difficult to return an item, or offers a discount to veterans and their families, but then makes them jump through hoops to get it should be ashamed.Everything I own from Lulu Lemon will now be going to Goodwill, and I won't be going back anytime soon.

While on vacation I visited this store, and not only were they super helpful in the store, but I left my purse there on accident and the manager emailed me once, and then with a follow-up regarding it. I had already traveled back home to Florida at that point, and she kindly agreed to send it back to me, after getting my identification. She even insisted on covering shipping costs, as well. I got my purse back safe and sound and I’m so grateful to the staff at this store. Really great customer service.

My boyfriend and I went into the store this evening at 7, an hour hour before the store closed. We were greeted but that was it. We were in the store for about 20 minutes without one person coming to check on us or ask if there was anything we needed. There were 3 employees talking at the register and the guy just kept looking back at us without asking if we needed help. Unfortunately we have to come back to the store because there is only one near by and we do love the product. It’s more unfortunate that we have to plan on making another visit to hopefully get the service we deserve. Hopefully next visit there will be staff that will be willing to part from their conversations to help customers, you know do their job.
