Do not use this bank. They hit you with $35 overdraft fees even if your direct deposit goes in on the same day as a pending payment. They are looking to make money from innocent people, not to help them in any way. They treat you disrespectfully when you question why they have taken your money and refused to reverse the charge that never should have happened in the first place. SEEK A DIFFERENT BANK!!!

Don't go to this bank. Your cards get shut off every week for suspected fraud and Noone is available until Mondays at 9 am to fix it. Theor 1888 number doesn't go to a human and won't let you fix your card and they limit what you can spend per day of your own money. Super less than helpful, not convenient and I'm looking for a new bank

Working with Opportunities Credit Union to refinance my mortgage has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. They don’t just care about credit scores, they actually do care to know about YOU. They take each person’s story into consideration when making their decisions. Everyone was kind, caring and understanding. Including outside sources such as the appraisers of the home and the lawyers at closing. I worked with an amazing group of people at Opportunities who were clear and concise throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond and offered help/advice/answers when needed. This is definitely a hard working team of people who really went the extra mile for me, and in my opinion went above and beyond. Going forward, any type of banking business I have will be through Opportunities Credit Union. I highly recommend this Credit Union!

Yes the phone system isn't the best, but when I was in contact with Tasha Thompson to help me with a loan to get into a car I had to give 5 stars, and if I could give her more than that I would. Before speaking with her I was told I need a cosigner and money down to keep my payments low, and I was feeling upset, mad, and just feeling like I'm going to get the same answer. Sure enough she was able to figure out away to help me and gave me my independence and confidence in myself again, because I didn't need anyone else to cosign or anything. Thank you again Tasha for everything you mean the world to me!!
