Awesome experience! Jay was so understanding of our pet in our first experience. He calmly and confidently trimmed our large dog's nails quickly and efficiently. She is triggered by other dogs and can react to new people. Jay deftly navigated all of that. Will definitely return!

We bring our dog here every few months to get groomed. They do an amazing job. Plan to call a month in advance to get a scheduled grooming because they are in high demand. Our dog's before and after pic is attached.

Wonderful experience for pet and owner. No guilt leaving the dog at pampered pet; they clearly love dogs and worked very hard to clean, groom and coif my dog and she was not traumatized by the experience. Highly recommend.
