Rackk and Ruin’s jewelry is simply beautiful and thoughtful and truly timeless. The pieces are made to last a lifetime. I have worn my petite villa hoops and phia necklace everyday for the last 3 years and they still bring me so much joy. I will not buy jewelry anywhere else!

Three years ago my daughter bought the Scarab ring in Sterling Silver for her junior prom outfit. She wore everyday (for 2-1/2 years) until she lost it. I recently went in and bought a gift certificate to replace the one she lost. When I presented her the gift card she cried happy tears and said the scarab ring was the most important piece of jewelry she has ever owned! Its well made/designed and the salesperson took the time to listen to her needs when she bought it.KirstenVT

I’ve purchased a few pieces at R&R and have never been disappointed. The attention to detail, unique pieces and friendliness make this a must stop if you’re in BVT.

I have a few Rackk&Ruin pieces that I wear daily and hold near to my heart. I get so many compliments on my Daisy earrings and wear a simple gold chain every day. I have since moved out west and thinking of Fond memories of VT/Burlington every time I wear my R&R jewelry.Love that it is VT woman owned and everything has character and heart built into it.

I first discovered R&R in college through a friend (and our shared jewelry obsession). My first R&R necklace was my graduation gift. After graduation, I traveled out West, (never taking off my necklace) where another artist/shop owner recognized Molly's work! Molly's pieces are strikingly special yet timeless. Her craftsmanship shows not only in her eye and metalwork, but also in her customer service - both in-shop and online. Whenever I visit the shop, I feel like I'm trying on jewelry with friends, which makes you want to support this lovely local business even more.

i'm not really sure what's going on here but the moment i stepped into the store it was bad vibes. the lady working behind the "counter" was extremely rude and condescending, i get it if the store is busy maybe, but when there's literally 2 people in the store including myself, the least you could do is greet people and let them know you're here to help. sorry if you're busy making jewelry but she was sanding this one tiny piece for about 20 minutes. looked like a lazy person trying to bide time before clocking out. also i don't expect much from stores really, but if you're trying to charge people $200 for a paper clip with a colored bead on it, you would think there'd be a little more effort to engage. los angeles would never, and that says a lot
