My kid goes to school with a family who has recently become unhoused. I went to go this store at an obnoxious hour to get individual cereal packets and shelf stable boxed milk so this family can have breakfast. I couldn’t find the milk. WHEN I TELL YOU the security guard at this store went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find this milk, it’s not even his job to know where things are but he was like I GOT YOU, and we went on a journey to find it. Success. Boxed milk ✅ this man deserves a raise, a holiday bonus, and a high five.

Just had another excellent online to go for delivery experience. This time, the Shaw's employee that did the shopping was named Brittnay (according to the red sticker on one of my bags). Meat and produce looked so fresh and all other items were great, including the substitution for the Hawaiian Rolls. Thank you again!

definitely will continue to shop at market 32 after this women robyn has started here and been very miserable to deal with!!!!mostly had good experiences here. i live right behind shaws for the past 15 years. not sure of the security guards name but he is really nice. tall, thin man. he has worked there for a long time.unfortunately he deals with so much crap. tonight he was dealing with shoplifters. i had to run to get a few things and left just as they were closing at nine when he also had to deal with those people. when i got home i realized my phone was missing. i ran back hoping it was there. he was nice enough to allow me to quickly check the register i was at. not sure what the policy is but sometimes it’s nice when someone has enough compassion and empathy to be a decent human being. the NEW lady that works up front ( and i know she is new because as i said i’ve shopped there for years. i personally know people that work there and her first week working there a couple weeks ago as i was checking out decided to tell me her whole life story and how much she is hating this job.) well she decided to spend about five minutes complaining to me about how he had no right letting me check for my phone and isn’t doing his job right. than well he was dealing with the shoplifters and the police decided to go reprimand him for letting me check for my phone. her name is robyn and she is very unfriendly!!!! i get there are rules but i think sometimes it’s good to put humanity first. i didn’t walk around the store or anything simply checked with the security guard for my phone real quick. i appreciate him and am very sorry if i got him in any trouble!!! robyn maybe you should find a new job, maybe one you actually like. maybe one where you don’t have to deal with the public.

I was at the self checkout area this past Sunday afternoon and was disturbed by the behavior of the very surly employee who seemed to be overseeing the area (large guy with long stringy, shaggy dark hair and glasses.). He was rude and abrupt with customers who needed help, and behaving belligerently, such as slamming the cover of the receipt paper on one of the stations so hard that candy and pop tarts and stuff stocked around it fell down. He kept paging another employee very loudly, yelling for “Benjamin” over and over, in an increasingly angry and loud tone. He turned to another employee and said that when Benjamin showed up he was going to “knock him upside his head with a walkie talkie”. Whether or not he really intended to do that, these days threats of violence in the grocery store are especially unnerving, and this guy seems unhinged enough to scare me off from shopping there.

I come here because they have a good selection of dog treats that other stores don't always have went there 2 days ago and the meat selection was awesome so we ended up spending some good amount of money

Use this location often for Online Delivery through their Fresh Pass program. Taylor in the Online To-Go Pickup or Delivery Department is amazing at her job, and has been nothing but absolutely professional and polite. I highly recommend asking for her if you ever have a issue. I get my shopping done here every week (sometimes twice a week). Very rarely do I ever have a issue w/ the produce, and the meat & seafood have been spot on. They have always been helpful and kind!
PS. Thank you Taylor. You are a rockstar. Seriously!
