TD Bank is a friendly and helpful place with knowledgeable staff who provide good customer service. Customers appreciate how staff, like Aaron and Ibrahim, take the time to explain things clearly and help with account issues quickly. One customer was able to swap to a better checking account, order checks, and upgrade their credit card all in about 15 minutes, thanks to Aaron’s professionalism. Another customer praised the staff for returning an unexpected $5 charge because they understood their customers’ concerns. Yeah I have had no issues with the bank,other than the ATM being out of service,but that's not their fault,the tellers are always nice, it's usually not too busy.
