I called to ask them if they had something specific and they were so nice and helpful. Even helped point me in another direction.

I brought a lamp with a broken switch. They'd told me on the phone that the repair queue could take a few weeks. But it turned out to be a simple issue, and the repair person was able to take care of it in 15 min while I waited. I'm so appreciative!
