Tina’s Designs sells wonderful Hunter Douglas products, that come with lifetime warranties. It’s been six months to have a simple repair done to 12’ shade that would allow my bedroom to be dark and so I can sleep. We’ve been waiting for Tina’s Design to give us an appointment for repair for SIX MONTHS!!! (As of this review we are still waiting…) We live 29.6 miles from Tina’s business in Burlington and they act as if we are in Nova Scotia every time we call for an update. We are forced to continue to nag them, while also now taking the complaints directly to Hunter Douglas. I’d avoid doing business with Tina’s Home Designs at all opportunity if I was you!Service: Window design

Dealing with Tina's was a delight from start to finish. We needed to upgrade the shades throughout our Condo, and Chris came over and discussed the options with us. Several short weeks after deciding whether to do Hunter Douglas Shades or Shutters, and placing our order, our new Shades came in and we were able to have them professionally installed before The Holidays. The quality of the Shades is first rate and the the new shades make a huge difference in each of the rooms. So pleased to support a long time locally owned business that delivers on both customer service and a quality product.

I needed total 6 replacement pull cords for my blinds. Chris recognized they were not the HunterDouglas product. They were their competitor's. However, he kindly gave me the HunterDouglas cords, free of charge, and explained how to complete the repair.Chris and Barbie are very knowledgable, professional, personable and helpful.In the future, I will use their products.

We could not have been more pleased with the friendly and professional customer service provided by the staff at Tina's Home Designs. We received a prompt, informative phone response to our initial product inquiry. Within the store itself, we were pleasantly greeted and given immediate assistance. The showroom offers a wide range of quality furniture, rugs and window treatments. Tina's also honored a warranty in a quick and efficient manner. Their service is greatly appreciated!

They were super helpful when I purchased. The selection was nice albeit on the pricey side. I was told to be ready for my order in 6-8 weeks. I called back after 7 weeks and was told it would be at least 12 more weeks. The woman on the phone seemed annoyed that I was annoyed. One of the main reasons I purchased from this store was unlike some of the other stores who had longer wait times, Tina's indicated they could deliver on time. This is a great example of really disappointing customer service, no one even picked up the phone (or sent an email) to inform me of the delay. Hopefully the items I ordered will at least be nice. Be wary if you are hoping to have anything arrive in 2021.

I have been so impressed with the quality and professionalism of Tina's Home Designs. We have done business with them a number of times for window treatments in our house in Burlington, Vermont. They are prompt, responsive and totally competent. Every interaction I have had with them has been a positive one with amazing customer service. Chris, Terry and all of their staff are unfailingly polite and professional. Their work has been of the highest quality every time. I highly recommend Tina's Home Designs because they are a complete pleasure to deal with.

After a month of purchasing the item, I contacted the seller, they didn’t respond , again I did message them about the item, they ignored my message againFinally after messaging them for the 3th time they said the item is not in stock and they refunded me!They just waisted my time and my money with ignoring my messagesI HATE THEM!

My partner and I recently purchased a rug from Tina's. They had a great selection and allowed us to bring 3 home to try before buying one. It was very helpful to be able to see them in our space before choosing.
