The customer service from assistant manager Travis was ATROCIOUS! His demeanor was nasty. Also I went on 3 different occasions as he told me that I needed credit card, then told me I needed $100 deposit for using cash card and on the last time he said he could not take cash card. I'm thinking he was being Racist because I got a friend to go and she had NO issue using cash card and she didn't even need a deposit!!!! How can he be an assistant manager with that kind of customer service

Rented a 15ft uhaul and drove 24miles. Added over 3 gallons of gas since the uhaul averages 10mpg, and the location still charges me $35 for fuel! Absolute robbery. I will be calling to discuss this further.

Both trucks were at a 1/4 of a tank and the 26ft one I put fuel in prior to my drive in fear of not having enough. I put more than a quarter upon return with no refund. It was ridiculous and felt like a scam to have both trucks at a quarter of a tank just so they can make profit off of more fuel if the "calculations" were done incorrectly.

Had an 11:30 appt to get a hitch installed on my car for $410. Was told it would 1.5 hrs and I could wait for it.I got there at 11:20 and was told it would take 1.5 hrs "from the time they took it in" but I was next in line so it wouldn't be too long. BUT I had to wait outside! They had no seating or covered area where you could stand outside, it was cold and windy, and the parking lot was filthy. I sat on the curb and they kept starting trucks and leaving them running so I'm getting full exhaust fumes. I’m lucky it wasn’t raining!3.5 hours later it was finally done and then they tried to charge me an extra $40! The tech adjusted it so it was $390 total, which I appreciated. I can see going over the time a little bit but not by 2 hours!! I missed two other appointments and almost missed my son getting off the bus.If you tell people they can wait then create some sort of covered seating outside! Or tell them you don’t have a waiting area so they can make other arrangements.The lady behind the desk was very nice through the whole thing, so one star for that, and I am happy with the install...it works great for my small trailer, so another star for that.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACTUALLY HOLDING A VEHICLE OR ACCURATE TO AVAILABILITY OF A VEHICLE. Made a reservation a month in advance. Got a text message one hour before pick up saying that my pickup time and vehicle had changed. Called, got told that they don't have any availability. Why would I bother making a reservation if they don't hold it? They had no options for me, and didn't even apologize- said that lots of people are moving this time of year and that I should call back for updated availability. Way to make a very stressful day 100x more stressful.

When I dropped off the truck I handed the keys to the person at the location and they handled everything from that point on. It was a quick and stress free return. They were polite and professional.

Tried to tell me I would be charged $30 for fuel, after an in-town trip on which the gas cap was left open and six gallons splashed out before alarms started going off in the truck. Even initially, they recorded a higher fuel level than was actually in the tank. Owner offered no remorse for the situation and fully blamed me. I regret not checking over the truck fully but can’t be expected to anticipate something so egregious. Eventually he reversed course and didn’t charge us, but was a total tool about a situation that was his responsibility. Will not go back.

Called location directly to reserve a trailer, Cyrus was super nice and helpful, found me the right trailer for the right dates even though it turned out that I should go to the Williston uhaul location instead. Thanks Cyrus!

This was probably the best U-Haul location I've ever been to - and I've moved a lot in recent years. I've had some really bad experiences with U-Haul. But this one was different! The owner is very helpful and nice and all of the staff were great. The trucks are looked after and what you need is usually available. 10/10 would recommend this location!
