We asked these folks to ship an unusual item. They happily accepted the task. This involved ordering a special box, very careful packing, and our patience. All three came together. Item arrived in excellent condition. A family heirloom was successfully relocated across the country. This UPS crew is simply amazing! They took on tasks that other UPS stores in the area declined. We were extremely happy with their engagement and service!

If you use bounce to store your luggage, do not do it here as they do not lock anything away and leave it on the front table near the desk

I only use this location because the lady manager always goes above and beyond and always gets it right!
I simply cannot say enough positive things about this location.
I'm always completely satisfied with everything I bring and take care of here.
I measure all locations services against this store , even out of state.

Caitlyn and crew are fantastic. People make a business like this great to deal with. Had a fragile piece of art sent to our home in Florida and unfortunately it arrived damaged. Caitlyn help with the claim and resolved the issue quickly. 2nd piece showed up quickly after the claim and looks great. We will use this UPS store in the near future for all our Burlington shipping needs.
