Went in to Verizon today to do my phone upgrade and Lisa S was just phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable and you could tell she genuinely wants the best for her customers. If I have any questions or need help with my new device I will be sure to return to this Verizon and not the one in my actual hometown. Thank you Lisa!!

My wife entered this Verizon store in the university mall on 3/8/24 to ask a simple question. My father in law had just passed away and we wanted to know how to cancel his line. The person behind the counter said let me see if you own the phone... I need to get into your account. I just sent you a link, please say yes and I can get into your account. She did and they said yes you own the phone so you can cancel right over the phone. She said thank you and left. It took all of 2-5 minutes. After she left that employee proceeded to fraud my account by changing my everything included sweet grandfathered plan ...to a new phone plan that nowhere near includes what I had. They did it without our knowledge and without authorization. I assume that the link he sent was really a do you authorize changes and lied about what it was.
My wife has been on the phone for hours talking to the real company and supervisors to change back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!
