The idea of working out with a personal trainer was a bit daunting to me, but Nate got rid of that fear very quickly. He is very knowledgeable about all things fitness, and he's got an amazing personality that really helps when you're struggling to get that last rep in. I would highly recommend coming here and training with Nate!

Nate is the Best!I've worked out in other gyms with other trainers, but find Nate to be the most thoughtful in individualizing a workout for me. I always leave feeling challenged, refreshed, often wiped out - in a good way - and happier having spent the time with Nate. It's a great value as well.

Nate has the knowledge and compassion that makes me want to work hard. When I first began with Nate, I could barely do 5 push ups. His thoughtful approach to personal training has provided me with the knowledge, skills and desire to pursue strength training as the foundation that supports my lifestyle. Now I can do 40 push ups.

I have been working out with Nate for ~7 years (!) and will probably continue for the next 7. I'm always looking to maintain a core level of fitness to enable me to stay active skiing, mountain biking etc... Nate is super knowledgeable and professional. He is punctual and always ready to get going on time. I appreciate his support and encouragement to push me beyond what I think I can do. We have a lot of fun and I walk away from our sessions feeling great. I highly recommend Nate if you are looking some 1:1 training.

Signing up with Witfit is the best decision I've made on my fitness journey. Nate is a fantastic trainer! He makes sure to tailor workouts according to my needs, explains why I’m doing each exercise and how I’m benefitting from it. He's laser focused on my form and technique for the entire duration of the class and It's amazing to see how much I've progressed on my fitness goals in such a short amount of time - Highly recommend!

Nate has completely changed how I view going into the gym. He is patient, encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and knows how to push you for the results you came in for. He tailors the workout to your goals and is an excellent coach. I look forward to my workouts now and can’t wait to see more progress.

Don't worry about your fitness level! If you are a stranger to the gym, having zero level of fitness to being someone completely fit looking for supplemental help in areas, Nate is your guy. He will work with you to get you towards your goal(s), and be patient while doing so. I look forward to my 3 days a week. I highly recommend him for those who are couch to gym up to being a full on athlete. You will not be disappointed!

I was nervous to sign up for 1:1 fitness because I had never used weights before and had little experience in a gym. Nathan is a great guy who continues to support me around my goals. And oh is he PATIENT! He puts up with my constant complaining, and still manages to keep a smile on his face. He helps me around nutrition, and listens to my daily dose of drama. Book that appointment!

I love it here. The place is clean well organized. The trainer Nate is great! My wife and I go to his Saturday morning core class and sometimes one on one strength training.

Nathan is professional yet kind and encouraging. He is mindful of any injuries and at the same time seems to know when to push you a bit. He also does not body shame if you aren't svelte and/or ripped and Nathan was very encouraging with me being an older woman, with my limitations due to illness and previous injuries. I highly recommend Nathan Long for his personal training services and the Witfit Fitness Center space.

I started working with Nate when I started getting aches and pains from running and realized that I needed to incorporate strength training into my routine. Not only has my lower back pain disappeared, but I can now do "real" pushups (a HUGE gain for me!), have noticed an improvement in endurance and am starting to get muscle definition in my arms for the first time ever in 41 years! Nate is knowledgeable, considerate and I feel great after every session with him.

Nate is the real deal. He has experience and knows his stuff. In addition to guiding you through effective workouts, he can coach you on nutrition and get you real results. He isn't part of some big gym that is going to try to up-sell you on different programs. And his prices can't be beat. He strikes the perfect balance of being supportive and pushing you to do your best without being a drill sergeant.
