The staff provides excellent, five-star custom service that is second to none. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and the most customer-focused people. They know what they are talking about, especially when fitting boots, and are meticulous in their attention to detail. The shop is noted for having one of the best boot fitters ever, who takes time to ensure a perfect fit. The team goes to extreme lengths to help, getting setups dialed in even on short notice and going out of their way for customers. They also offer repairs and ski tuning. Their rentals are better quality and less expensive than those at the mountain. Supporting this local small business will not be a mistake.
