From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the one. Jenn made us feel so comfortable from our very first consultation that we canceled every other venue tour we had scheduled and booked on the spot. Looking back now after our wedding, it was one of the best decisions we made.

The entire planning process was outstanding. Communication was prompt, clear, and professional every step of the way. More importantly, the answer to almost every request we had was simply, “Absolutely.” Whether it was adding late-night sliders, serving espresso martinis, or incorporating Pinterest-inspired appetizer ideas, the team was incredibly accommodating and made us feel like they genuinely wanted to help bring our vision to life.

The catering by Sugar Snap absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food was some of the best we’ve ever had—not just for wedding food, but in general. We received countless compliments from our guests throughout the night about how incredible everything tasted, from the appetizers to dinner and the late-night food.

What impressed us the most, though, was how effortlessly the entire day flowed. Jamie was on it from the start and kept us on track all day long. We made a few last-minute changes to the timeline, including rearranging our speeches and first dance, and the team handled everything without missing a beat. Our guests were never left wondering where to go or what was happening next. From the moment they arrived, they felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. The entire evening felt seamless.

We also have to give a huge shoutout to Tyler, the DJ. He was fantastic to work with, incredibly flexible, and kept everything moving perfectly throughout the evening. We received so many compliments about the music, the pacing of the night, and just how smoothly everything transitioned from one moment to the next.

It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but The Barn at Smugglers’ Notch made us feel supported from day one and completely taken care of on our wedding day. We honestly can’t imagine having gotten married anywhere else. If you’re considering this venue, stop looking and book it. We would make the same decision a hundred times over.”

“From the moment we drove up the hill, past the horses and the pond, and stepped into the reception at Edson Hill, we knew we had found a very special place. Our room on the main building was perfect for two, with an incredibly comfortable bed and sweet gas fireplace. We enjoyed three meals on property and felt so lucky to do so: two dinners with one at the bar and one on the outdoor patio, and breakfast. The setting is absolutely idylic - with the mountains, hills, fire pit, trees and flowers surrounding the property. Each common area has its own comfortable style and personality, and we enjoyed them all. The Edson Hill team is top notch. We will absolutely return and highly recommend.”
