I'd recently bought the Jeep online from a dealership in Brooklyn NY without having actually been in it. When it showed up, it was dirty/grimy and smelled like cigarette smoke. Justin quoted me a reasonable price and had it done on time as promised. It looks brand new! And no more smoke smell! I didn't know anyone locally to give me a ride to/from their shop, so they gave me a ride home when I dropped it off, and dropped it off when they were done cleaning it. That's service!
