Quick stop with the last of my$…2 meals to go…meatloaf with mashed potatoes and the Asian noodles…and all I can say is it’s time to fire the cook…Asian noodles were so salty…meatloaf did not even taste like it had any hamburger in it…both of them $9.99 a piece…definitely will not get those again…
At least the gas for my car was convenient
I don’t like to leave negative reviews…but when something is so bad…have to say something

Service is great and they have a huge selection of local foods, wine, drinks and beer. Also pretty cheap gas prices in comparison to other gas stations around. Definitely a cool place to check out if you're in the area.

This small town General Store has it all. I first read the other Yelp reviews before making a trip here for ice cream, maple syrup and wine. Remarkable selection and the overall experience will keep me coming back. They open at 7am which is ideal too.

The village store in Castleton Vermont is a very nice place. I went there by myself to get some snacks and I was greeted by a very nice lady who was welcoming. I went there in the middle of the week after school. They have plenty of choices ranging from fresh baked pastries to mozzarella sticks and other types of lunch items. There's also a little selection of ice cream!

Almost always open (I don’t mean only time-wise, but in a business-hospitality sense) and ready to help. Ask and they deliver. Great beers, even greater wines and a very well thought stock of food, snacks and even clothing (hats, shirts, hoodies, etc). Excellent service.Conveniently located next to an updated gas station and in front of the Postoffice and the cute, good kitchen and quaint Birdseye Diner. The whole nucleus of the town of Castleton, Vt, home to an old College, now State University.

A tiny store filled to the brim with almost everything you'd need in a pinch. Very kind staff, on my most recent visit, I dropped a can of soda but the staff was kind of enough to let me replace it free of charge. They have several hot and cold meals that are delicious and fairly priced. Several desserts and frozen options as well.
