There are serious issues with delivery, but that is true across Vermont due to lack of drivers. The staff at the Post Office itself have been very gracious and efficient despite the obvious problems stemming from the lack of support

What was a friendly place with professional, competent, and courteous people you were glad to see has changed for the worse with the addition of a new employee, who actually was rude, as well as showing himself incompetent. We will be going elsewhere when possible.
