Went for the first time in almost a year and the store was very clean, staff was very friendly and one of the staff even bought my son a lolipop because he was being "so well behaved". Great Experience.

It's a nice store for when your out of something and don't have time to go anywhere else. But I would not recommend changing your normal store for it

I got a bag of dumplings and the bag was dirty on the back which is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The place has no music! The place isn’t clean enough! The staff is rude and disrespectful. Lastly…THERE WAS NO ICE CREAM!!!!!! HORRIBLE AND DONT RECOMMEND.

Store is never open.No sign saying closed and has a sign saying open 8am everyday.This is the third time. Won't stop here again.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The customer infront of me in line questioned the cashier about scanning her stuff twice, which she did, then after the woman left the cashier said to me "the next person to question me about my job is getting punched in the face!!" Well, here we go lady, I was trying to reload my CA card and she told me I needed a certain barcode to scan or a card. She told me she's done it twice so she knows how to do it. Well I open up my app, gave her the only scannable thing on the app (QR code) and she told me "NOPE! Can't do it, need one like this." And pointed to a piece of paper. I said "CA doesn't have a bar code like that, this is the only code on the app you can scan. We can use my card if that's easier?" She proceeded to tell me she knew how to do her job and knew how to do it. When I said it was PayPal that had the same code as the picture she refused to try anything else. She was super rude and laughing at me and bullying not only me but the other customers with the other cashier that was working. This was at the Chester location Fri. 7/22/22 .. whoever those women were, need to find new jobs and NOT in customer service. They were HORRIBLE! I'll never go back there again.

I was just in the store and the cashier lady‘s name is Katie and she was the rudest public worker I have ever met. I was a palled by her manners I will not shop there again it was all over and EBT card that she was trying to tell me it weren’t working when I knew it was and I put it in again and it did work but she was not going to let me put the numbers in again she was just letting me know that it wasn’t working and she weren’t going to do it again that I was holding up people well I’m a customer to. And she over Loading our grocery bags and this lady is supposed to be a manager in the store she really needs to learn some people skills

Quick and easy shopping some things not the best quality but if you need it and it's convenient local shopping There are those that do not have vehicles to shop another town03/22 I just read alot of the reveiws for the Chester location and it seems to me many have not placed co -vid and its many issues in this . Lack of product in the warehouse and then when it was they sent that and extra. Many trucks were coming in. You also add in those who couldn't or wouldn't work during covid and the stress on those who were attempting to stay on top of duties. I believe many of the complaints about workers and management should have been levaled at the corporation ie: only one register open,not being able to hire extra or have the ability to give extra hours to current employees. There also is not a storage room at this location of any size. I think management has done the best to handle the many faceted problems through Co-vid.Thank you for listening
