Stopped in for a detox yoga class while visiting Chester! Amy was so welcoming, studio was beautiful, & the class was challenging. Highly recommend!

Excellent yoga studio in a charming location. Amy is an experienced and friendly yoga teacher and the studio is pretty and spacious. Chester is better for having Sama in town!

I've been taking regular yoga classes here for the last three years. Amy does an excellent job of teaching an energetic flow class. She responds very quickly to questions on Facebook. It's very welcoming and non-judgmental.
