Must do in Vermont! Jake was so knowledgeable, funny, and kind on our visit to the farm. He educated us on how maple syrup is made, the chemistry behind it, and the equipment that they use to make it. We received our Amber Rich Maple Syrup today from Baird Farm. The order was filled promptly and included a handwritten note from the owners, plus 2 recipe cards, which was very nice. We can’t wait for pancakes tomorrow!
