I bought a 2017 Chevy sonic from these guys and immediately had turbo problems..under warranty they were throwing random parts at it and putting the incorrect parts to cut corners (aftermarket). Here I am 2 years later with the same issue because they didn’t properly resolve it under warranty. I also had to drive from New York to their shop in colchester more times than I can count. I’m Currently having to go through the actual Chevy dealership to fix auto sources mistakes and now in the last few months I’ve put almost 7 grand into the car in repairs because they installed all aftermarket parts in my vehicle . This all should have been something I didn’t need to pay for because of the warranty but they lied about every part they put in and told me they were factory. I do not recommend buying a car from them at all.

I was told to come in so when I Walked in and I was not greeted . no communication what so ever . No one said anything to me just looked at me strange for about a hour I was there and when I left I was told “it was nice to meet you” and no one ever said anything to me to meet me in the first place . Very unprofessional atmosphere

I went there to buy a car with a trade-in. I was approved for a vehicle somebody from their own dealership stole it told me to come back they would have it ready. The next day went back for them to tell me that the loan company doesn’t want to finance that vehicle now Told me to come back the next day that they’re going to have a van that I’m 100% taking that day so I went and they told me that I couldn’t have that one either they tried to sell me another one that had a turbo problem, which I was fine with that I would’ve taken it for them to tell me I couldn’t have that one gave me a run around for a week and a half and I left with no car. Sometimes I called them, and sometimes they would hang up on me. Jeff says he’ll call you back. He never called you back and then when you call him he told you to call him back hours later. Honestly, the worst most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

This place is a f****** joke. Let me just start off by walking into the dealership an not even their for 10 min an the lazy f*** wants me to fill out a credit application. I didn't even get to test drive the car. Didn't even hear the thing start before I signed for it. Thank god I new what I was looking at because the car needed a list of work to pass inspection. I brought the car in 4 times 4 times every one of those times I went in they kept asking me for 500$ extra for a downpayment even when I payed it an showed them the receipt they still try to pull a fast one an try steeling my car because of they didn't get 2000$ for my rusted out Toyota. Only got 700$ for it. Long story short these people shouldn't be in business when I called the Colchester police they said ur not the only person who's had an issue here. So if you have any brains don't go to this s*** hole an no the car still isn't inspected so the car just sat while I dropped it off.

I haven't been treated so rudely in maybe 10 or 20 years as Ms. Leah treated me this morning. I had made an appointment and have a verbal offer for our car to sell. When I arrived there was no one there but Ms. Lovey Leah (not) and she told me to basically sit down and be quiet. Then she said I'd have to come back Monday. Then she said they didn't have to buy my car and I could leave. Wow - I am stunned! Not a nice young woman. Is she the owner's daughter? Who else would have to employ her?

This is my 3rd vehicle from Khris.Very satisfied with his customer service. He has treated me very fairly. Whenever I need anything he helps me out . I recommend the dealership very highly.Jeff and Khris keep it going there.
