“They handle their business well. My credit card unfortunately got compromised, and when I called to let them know they had a bum order they were very kind, and already knew about the situation - they had cancelled the order on their end already. Well done, and it's really the on-the-spot ability to manage the situation that inspires this review”

“I came in with my eleven-year-old son who is a coin collector, who thought he had found a double-die penny. John was so incredibly patient and generous with my son. He explained the features of the penny to my son, why the penny he found was a plating error instead of a double-die, and even gave him some coin books. We were blown away by his patience and kindness- and when my kiddo eventually finds a rare penny to sell, we’ll be back!”

“They have great selection of new and old comics downstairs, and tons of gaming needs up stairs. Up stairs you have Warhammer, paints, pokemon cards, magic cards, D&D playing books, and board games. They also have another room for table space and will host play nights, paint nights. If you call ahead, you can even use table space for your own gaming thing. (As long as they don't have an event going on)It's a wonderful tabletop gaming nerd hang out!”

“Always have such a great time here. The staff are friendly and willing to chat with you all the time. I had a great experience opening a pack of cards with a staff member, and for sure will be getting all my cards here in the future!”

“Their primary focus is on Sports cards and I primarily play MTG, but their selection is good and prices fair in that regard. Always plenty of product to choose from, and a great place to sit and look through a giant variety of cards. I support this store and appreciate their connection with Michael Pidgeon, they're a very nice guy.”

“I tried calling to see why my order was taking so long to ship. I called multiple times during normal business hours and never got an answer. Considering canceling my order if they continue to not answer the phones.Edit: Revising my review to 4 stars because I was able to contact them via phone finally. Processing time was a little longer than I hoped for so I’m going 4 stars instead of 5”

“Admittedly I mostly only come here for crochet supplies, but only once or twice in the last few years have they been low on yarn selections. The area for hooks seems to be pretty scant these days.”

“I hadn’t been to a card store in over 25 years. I was very surprised at the amount of inventory and it was really quite organized, considering the vast amount of cards. They were grouped in a way that made it easy and fun to look through. The owner was very pleasant and there was a lot of friendly sports talk with many customers, all while he was retrieving groups of cards for customers to sort through and cashing out other customers. As for price, I thought the prices were fantastic and was really surprised when I went to cash out. I expected to pay full price for the cards as they were marked, but he quickly looked through them and made an offer that was much lower than the total had he charged me full price. As I said it had been years since I’d been to one of theses stores but that was a first for me. He even pointed out that one of the cards I selected had a crease in it. I will be back for sure.”

“I love Braps magic every experience I’ve had going in there has been a great one The people there are very nice and generous and will always help when I asked him I would always go to Brap’s over One of its competitors quarterstaff p.s for the people complaining that the guys running the store are not coming up and asking them if they need help finding anything or something or they’re actually working constantly don’t assume you know it’s going on”

“I'm more and more impressed with Michaels each and every time I stop in for something. It's huge and can be a bit intimidating with the sheer amount of arts/crafts inventory in here but it's nicely organized and neatly laid out. They have signs in every aisle indicating what's in there. I have to do very little hunting around for the few things I typically stop in for here. The prices aren't too bad but don't expect a steal. Good selection on just about everything from paints, fabrics, tools and kids stuff. The checkouts are sufficiently staffed to keep the line organized and moving. Everyone working here appears to have a great can-do and helpful attitude. My only complaint is how crazy the parking is here. It's a single ingress/egress angled lot shared with the rest of a strip mall and it can get confusing/busy and aggravating at times. The spaces are really narrow too. But other than that, Michaels is convenient and never seems to let me down.”
