218 Malletts Bay Avenue, Colchester VT 05446
“This is a Great post office, people acting like it’s life and death when they don’t get there mail on time or packages, there are bigger issues in the world than mail lol, “haven’t gotten mail in a week” maybe stop by the post office and ask what’s going on, and maybe they’ll let you pick up the mail, it’s obvious they don’t have enough ppl working there, so it shouldn’t be any suprise to anybody in town why inconsistency’s happen, it’s common sense, the reviews are not justified as they are short staffed, in order to win a championship you need a whole roster, not just a starting lineup 💯”

“Efficient but could use a 2nd cashier service person at the front . As the cost of stamps go up, the less staff you have serving the public ? Doesn't make any cents $$$!!!”

“There on an almost daily basis. You’ll never find a better/more friendly staff than at the Fairfax post office. Very knowledgeable. If only all USPS locations could be this efficient.”

5 Post Road, Westford VT 05494
“For a small town post office, I've had nothing but good experiences working and communicating with the folks who work here. They're reliable and dependable when it comes to delivering the mail (which is perfect considering the role they play) and the few times I've had to call in to check on something, I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes on hold and I always get a person. Keep up the good work!”

“Staff are always pleasant, kind, and respectful considering the stress they are under with the limited resources and staff shortages. I have observed them showing compassion and being as solution focused with bewildered community members as possible under the challenging circumstances that their office is coping with. Thank you for your service.”

“Although they are extremely short staffed, one of the employees spent 45 mins looking for my package even though she honestly didn't have to.
