Vince is professional, I've had nail techs not listen to what I want, Vince does. Call him first, appointments aren't confusing. Ignore bad reviews.

Vincent was extremely good with using his strong hands when massaging my legs and feet. Most often, the pedicures and massages that come with a Deluxe pedicure are done by small-framed folks who do not have the strength needed for a deep massage. Vincent certainly does have the strength and skill.A must experience for those who prefer a stronger touch.

So I was really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt being as I have only been this nail salon once. But I feel I need to give my thoughts. Some good things: So I got an acrylic fill during my visit. They did a great job at shaping my nails (coffin) and didn’t put so much acrylic on to the point where my nails would look almost unnaturally thick. They did a great job there. Some bad things: there was only one employee there during my visit. One lady came in right before me for a pedicure (not sure if it was a walk in or not) and I had scheduled an appointment. This lady was helped to get her feet soaking and so on, but was basically ignored the entire time I was getting my nails done. I felt bad ? I chose to try this place because I looked up their IG and saw numerous examples of really cool nail art designs, and they also seemed to have decent reviews on Google. Well, apparently the nail artist who does those no longer works there ☹️ So I couldn’t get what I wanted as far as that went. And I don’t live close, I drove about an hour to get to this salon. During the polishing application, one of my nails, the polish started to wrinkle up, not sure why tbh because I’ve never seen that before. But instead of removing the layer of polish, the tech just painted two more layers of polish over it. It did smooth out, but now, only a week later, the polish is starting to peel off that nail. I’ve never had this happen before. Disappointed also that I had to settle with stickers for any kind of design on my nails. I probably would have better results if more employees were there for a Friday and the tech wasn’t feeling rushed to help the other clients.Services: Gel manicure

This is the first time I had a manicure where they didn't do a hand massage or lotion. Then he charged us more than the posted price saying "oh those prices are old, from lastyear." I told Vincent he had to honor the posted prices but he had already run the card and would not change it. The pedicures were ok. But the manicure was too expensive for what I got...or didn't get.Services: Pedicures

If I could give this zero stars I would. The first time I went I was very very pleased so I went yet again. And it was horrible. I got a full set and the nails where GLUEd on no gel no powder no tops just a full Walmart press on. I picked my color and it was see through so I switched colors and again.. see through and he saw it too but said was going to charge extra for him to fix it. So I said whatever I asked for gems and he said okay u You are done so at this point I was already here for 2.5 hours and was ready to leave I go to pay and was told my total was 135 dollars. For a normal pedicure and a full set he said my pedicure was 55 and my nails where 80. So I said I don't understand why I'm being charged so much when I didn't get what I asked for abs he said there's nothing he could do. 135!! For what? I didn't even want this. So I paid the 135 and left no tip and normally I leave a very good tip. He asked if I would like my receipt he then dipped it off the printer and threw it at me. I'm not sure what the issue was but I told them ahead of time I was going to leave a poor review because that was all very ridiculous especially how calmly I spoke and asked them for clarification

$90 for nails? My 15 year old saved her money to buy herself a new set of nails and looked at the price list when walking in - thinking she had enough. After a bit of glitter added and the nails were done, she had to call me to bring her more money because she was charged $90 for her nails. More than the prices she saw published. Embarrassed for not having spoken up, she didn’t tell me until the next day. Be aware of what you’re getting and communicate prices BEFORE any services here.

I went for a pedicure last time and ended up getting the gel powder nails also! David is a master. He doesn't rush and he treats your nails as his personal work of art. I can recommend their salon wholeheartedly.Services: Manicure
