“I've rented with them for the past two years and never had any issues! It was easy to use the kiosk at the site to rent my unit initially, which was why I chose them over others. I've recently experienced some financial hardship, and Brett was absolutely amazing in helping me close out my account. Would definitely recommend to others & choose to use them again in the future if I needed to. I rented from a different location back in 2019 and had the exact same experience - nicely kept unit with a smooth/easy rental process via the kiosk.”

“They were so helpful and easy to work with. We had a challenging hot tub installation and it was amazing to watch them maneuver the hot tub under trees and through two gates. They took their time and cared about my concerns. Very professional. Would happily use again.”

“Lisa is amazing she is very helpful and kind. I’ve been there for 2 years and have had no issues. Anyone who has had an issue most certainly brought it on them selves.”

“This storage facility offers multiple sized units, there is a camera on the facilities 24/7, and the property is surrounded by a lockable fence. The storage units are located on a side road in a safe neighborhood. Each person supplies their own lock and key for their unit(s). The units are not climate controlled but the monthly rates are reasonable. The only odd thing was that there was no contract to sign before moving belongings into the units. The staff does not always answer the phones but they do return calls. Overall this is a good, small and local business that I would recommend.”
