I love Shaws! Y’all always do a great job on my pickup orders! Items are always packed with care and ready on time!! I also like how the app is functional, and item availability is typically very accurate! (Hannaford I’m looking directly at you girl) Staff have always been nice to me as well. One note is I’m vegan, and I’d love more vegan options/selections! The vegan Kraft Mac n cheese was great, please do bring that back!

If you ever wonder why the deals are too good to be true at this Shaws, the pictures should tell the story. $1.97 for a pound of strawberries? Of course it’s a bargain, if you enjoy rotted fruit and molded skin. BARF! my kids are pissed off at ME for some reason.Shame on you for not putting your best foot forward for your loyal Vermont consumers. We seem to fall for it every time. Not anymore! Just like the political times we’re living in, we should just shut up and take it? SHAME ON YOU… and your filthy rotten store.

Ordered groceries delivered through their app but they were unable to deliver it with plenty of time. I was given a tiny credit for my trouble. Really disappointed in this shop and this company. Recommend anyone go somewhere else that has better customer service and appreciates their customers. I will take my money elsewhere and you should too. They don't care about you.

Not impressed - being forced to clip coupons on my phone on the app to get sales prices really stinks. Such a pain and service doesnt always work on the store. Such a sneaky way to not give the discount to customers unless they clip coupons on the app. I don't like shopping here unless I have to.

Nice, clean grocery store with a large selection and good prices. Only problem, 2 cash registers and some self-services on a Thursday evening with a lot of customers.

Terrible store, high price, they don’t honour their own special says like buy 2 get 2 free mix and match without specifying brand. I will keep going to Hannaford or Walmart better price and better service

I shopped there today and when I was in the bread Isle I saw that they had a special on Thomas English Muffins where you buy 1 get 2 free. The sign said assorted varieties so I bought a Cinnamon Raisin and two Whole Wheat. I just called the store because the charged me full price for all three. All were priced at $5.29 each. I spoke with customer service and they will not refund any money. She said in front of registers it indicated the only kinds that qualified but I didn't see that I told her cause I bought them in the bread isle. She told me I was right that the bread isle stated buy one get 2 with varities and that is wrong and she'll fix it. So I asked her if they would refund the $10.58 they overcharged me for their error and she refused. Will not support Shaw's ongoing and I'd suggest you do the same. They lost this customer...never again with rude staff like that.

Wasn't too crazy about the prices they act like they're great deals but Hannaford's does the same thing but you actually save more money there is one hell of a selection of products then the staff are very friendly I think I can save money elsewhere

Went in the other week, and still thinking about the experience. My partner and I were on the lookout for paneer but couldn’t locate it, so we approached the Deli staff. We were met with lack of acknowledgment from the girl behind the counter for the first 5 minutes. After finally getting her attention and asking about paneer availability, saying she would check with the manager. However, instead of going back to inquire, she spent several minutes on phone, returning to us she simply stated that they didn’t have any paneer without actually checking it.As a person of colour and a gay person, it only happens on rare occasion and i am familiar when i am being treated differently.
