Purchased a used mower. Adam was great to deal with and the two other guys were friendly and helpful also.

Adam and his team are the best around. My equipment has gone down and they're able to throw a Band-Aid on it to keep me going until I can get it into them. As a small business owner this is huge and I can't say enough nice things about them. I appreciate that they only sell quality parts and equipment as well, If he wouldn't use it personally he's not going to sell it.

The young man on the counter is a rude, know it all, person who should NOT be serving the public. He has obviously not been trained and does not have the temperament to deal with people who just want to ask questions and pick up a few parts. Why would management allow this to go on? Never and I mean never again!

So glad we were able to work with The Small Engine Co. They took our old snow blower and gave a full report of what was needed to repair and an honest opinion about its worth. In the end we were able to purchase a new machine and had delivered the next day, prior to a big storm!

I called The Small Engine Co. this morning to ask about service on my snowblower and if I could schedule an appointment. The person that answered the call was very unprofessional and said "wait in line like everybody else" when I asked how long the wait in line would be he said about a month. Its ok to be busy but its not ok to be rude to customers, they just lost my business...I'll wait 2 months at there competition if needed.

I recently purchased a Wright stand on mower from Adam at Small Engine, and had a great experience. After talking with Adam and letting him know what I was looking for, he showed me all my options and explained to me the differences and pros and cons between each mower. Adam is extremely knowledgeable about not only each brand and each product that he carries, but he is knowledgeable about brands that he does not carry. The staff behind the counter is knowledgeable and personable and very professional. I will recommend Small Engine Company to anyone looking for a new or used equipment in the future.

Brought my snowblower in for 2 flat tires (rounded screw prevented me from removing and only bringing the tires) but agreed to some maintenance. When I called to see if my snowblower was ready, I was told the tires were being tested overnight under pressure to determine if they would hold. Picked up snowblower and upon using for the first time last week, both tires went flat within 5 mins. of use.

Terrible experience. Told me the head gasket was blown and my compression was low, told me to buy a new snowblower. I take it home, the compression is fine, pull the head off and the head gasket is fine, too. Still got to pay $40 for a diagnostic fee that told me nothing! I call back looking for help and I get the generic "check the valves and the coil" advice. Why did I pay a diagnostic fee if you didn't do that?
