Had a great experience with Megan, who helped take over my trade in and adding new lines to my account after another sales person dropped the ball. She was really helpful and communicative with me. Would recommend going here to work with her!

I was lied to my new trade in phones which was 1500 Dollars a piece Samsung 22s trade in for Motorola edge.i was told three hundred dollars credit for each phone .And my bill would be 65 dollar amount Devin was my sales person at the store that had me believe that he could lower my bill if we switched to Verizon..Lies lies lies ..I wouldn't trust this store at all ..you don't matter as long as they get there commission.. believe that

I went in the store simply to buy a watch for my daughter. Instead, the representative continue to haggle me on how I can “better save” monthly. He essentially changed all of my account settings and plans (which by the way, did not save me any money whatsoever) and then proceeded to charge me a $45 commission fee simply to order a watch from the store when I could’ve ordered it for free online. I was not informed about this $45 charge until after the order has been processed. I then spent an entire day trying to get the order canceled so that I would not be charged and was put through the ringer. Shady customer service.If I don’t end up switching to a different carrier because of this experience, I will definitely be purchasing products online only from now on.

I received beyond exceptional customer service today from Meagan at Colchester store. She is thorough and on point with communication and all aspects of her job. Can't say enough about amazing experience and because of her plan to continue to be a Verizon customer.

I am vary pleased. The young man who sold me my phone was extremely knowledgeable on both cellular technology and the technical aspects of the phone (iPhone) that I purchased. He was also efficient in the administrative part of the sale, and very helpful in resolving my personal requests. Cell phones and cellular technology in general is amazing and very complex. On ther other hand it can be used by an ordinary person. My sells representative made it simple, and I got a great deal. I would definitely recommend Colchester Vt. Verizon.

Isaac is a stud. First Verizon rep that hasn’t raised my mother’s blood pressure during a visit. Good dude that conveyed the sense that he wasn’t there to screw me. In and out in less than an hour and even got me a coffee while I was waiting for my data to transfer. If more reps were like him I think people would hate Verizon significantly less. The lizards working in your Concord, NH branch could learn a thing or two from him.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. THEY LIE TO SELL YOU A NEW PHONE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO THE REAL VERIZON in South Burlington. My phone was not making calls or texts because I needed a new SIM card. I went here because it was the closest location. The woman told me my phone was "phased out" and a SIM card would not fix it, but she could upgrade me. After some pushing, she agreed to "try" a new SIM (which is free). She couldn't login to my account and finally about over 40 minutes,, said I'd have to go to a corporate store. I drove to the one in the plaza by stapes and michaels. They popped in a new SIM and did a network reset and it immediately solved the problem for free. I complained about the other store and she said "never go there" because they work off commissions and will only try to sell you a phone.

Megan M. was so incredibly helpful! I had a phone emergency and she listened to what I wanted, guided me through my options, and then offered solutions that fit my needs without over-selling. She was friendly and knowledgeable and I never doubted her expertise.Thank you, Megan!!

I wanted to change carriers, bring my own iPhone and keep my number. The rep immediately began aggressively pushing a new phone on me. He refused to listen to my repeated declines, arguing every answer I gave him, and made me feel beyond uncomfortable. I told him I’d be leaving because I felt he was pressuring me too much at which point he finally said, “well you don’t have to buy a new phone.” I had already said I didn’t want one 7 times! After looking up some of the info he used to argue with me I found out he lied about my phone being supported and updated, the price of the plan and the actual deals they had going on. I wouldn’t step foot back in this store if it was the only to have cell service.
