“I was making a "Happy Return" today. I hadn't made one before. Desera (name tag) made it easy. She then helped me shred my documents. The shredder was hidden behind UPS returns so she climbed over them and shred them for me. This was at the Littleton, NH store. I don't think I've spelled her name correct but it's similar.I was very impressed with her. Susan P.”

“It’s a Post Office so we all know what to expect. I have had continuously good interactions with this place at the local office here as well as with postal workers. Had a few small incidents with mail that were fixed quickly and professionally and not of fault of this office. I also occasionally send packages that I don’t know how to send and it’s always explained well and i’m given good advice.”

“google took me to wrong entrance but close - if your at fairbanks scales, go to the next driveway at other end same building. under- but highly competently- staffed. seemingly only front staff was highly efficient, but patient, as i muddled through my first international shipment. not that you have many (any?!) other choices for real FedEx location in an hour drive radius, but this is a good one. Just show yourself a few extra minutes in case there's a few customers. & do pop-up at the end of your drive to help fix the location please”
