Took my 1997 Johnson fast strike, told them to diagnose it. All they did was replace the starter, instead of trimming it down, oil the cylinders, and actually try to get it to turn over. I ended up taking it home and did just that and it turned over and even fired up and ran. These guys are only out to make money. I will never bring a motor back to them. Charged me $500 for literally nothing, didn’t want to be bothered to actually fix my motor or even attempt to get it running, just boned me and said have a nice day. I will never suggest these scumbags to anyone.

Called with a simple question and the gentleman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and straight forward about the issues I was having. I very much appreciated the time he took explaining everything to me and resolving my questions. Definitely would consider having my snowmobile serviced with them if I'm ever in the area!

Called looking for a certain hat. They took my phone number and email. 2 days later I get a follow up call. No luck with the hat. But they even went as far as checking eBay for me. Very impressive service. Haven't seen that in years . I had never had contact with this dealer before .

Bought my six year old grand daughter a used Arctic Cat 370 in amazing condition about 2-3 months ago She loves the sled and it was a pleasure to deal with these folks. Drove about 3 hours round trip to get and was well worth it. What they tell you over the phone is what you get. Thanks!!
