I've been here twice, both times were sketching overpriced service by incompetent techs. They do seem to have some competent individuals here - but good luck getting them, because they're usually spending their time showing the incompetent techs what to do - and they'll double bill you for both techs time - you're literally paying for one tech to teach another tech how to work on your rig while you pay double for that at $175/hour per tech, or a total of $350 hour for service? That's BAD and OPPORTUNISITIC service - HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!

I purchased a used RV from Sam Roya and the service I received was world class. Everything was done by phone, text and video since i live in Massachusetts. When I picked up the RV, I was not disappointed, everything was perfect. Special shout out to Steve Parks who showed me how to hook up the RV to my truck. I had no clue how to do it, but Steve took his time with me. He explained everything perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about the gentlemen at Blue Compass Vt. Thank you Sam, Curtis, Steve; you are the finest examples of world class customer service.

Hello Sam and gang at Blue Compass.Happy new year!We have never been more happy with our Rockwood camper that we purchased. The service is excellent,The salesforce is the most respectful and knowledgeable crew that we have ever met. I most certainly would give a six star rating if there was such a thing, but most definitely five star all the way everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied having the Mac Rockwood , mini light was a great choice.Sam, Doug, Krista, Bo, Steve, and many more. Have made Blue Compass shine in our eyes. I would highly recommend anyone to do business with the Blue Compass in Montpelier Vermont. See you for service this coming year.

The team at Blue Compass RV in East Montpelier has been great to work with. They worked hard to establish our needs and found us the right unit! Sam was our salesperson, and he has been great to work with…friendly, well-informed and not pushy. I definitely recommend working with this dealership.

Lets start with Sam.He is very helpful young energetic, did I say young? Of course they are all young.He has been very instrumental throughout the whole process,from purchase to months later. When I have a question, he will go find the answers and guide me through the solutions. Next Curtis, I believe he is the sales manager. I had a misunderstanding in the sales contract. When he reviewed the contract, he not only corrected the problem, but emailed me a apology for his mistake. Krista, I think she's the glue that keeps the sales people in line. She works behind the scenes and keeps the ball rolling.

Our experience was very positive- friendly, helpful, and no pressure from start to finish. Joseph kept us posted on all of the steps and worked around our schedule to make it work. Everyone we met from sales to service treated us well.

The communication was excellent, emails and calls were answered promptly. When I went to pick it up they assigned a technician to go through the unit top to bottom and answer all of my questions. I would recommend BC Vermont anytime.

Highly recommend. After a poor camping world experience I saw a camper I liked online and ended up driving 3 hours to this location because of Sam my salesperson . He was great to talk to and to work with and helped me get my dream camper . Also purchased a Blue Ox sway bar .Bo in the service department showed me how to install it and did a full walk through showing me every inch of the camper and how it all worked .

Walking into Blue Compass RV Vermont, we were highly skeptical as our first trailer purchase from a different dealer was not a pleasant experience. Throughout the process, we were waiting for the bottom to fall out; it never did. We knew what trailer we wanted and contacted Blue Compass RV Vermont to see if they could locate one with the desired specs. Sam, our salesperson, was enthusiastic, informative, very responsive to our questions and always returned our calls in a timely manner. The purchase price was highly competitive (beat other dealers in the area), making the negotiation process hassle free. When we went to sign the papers, there were no surprises. Everything was as we discussed over the phone and Tom, the general manager, who worked with us on-site was extremely knowledge and made us feel at ease. When the trailer arrived, we had the opportunity to work with another exceptional individual, Steve, who did the walk through with us. The walk through was very thorough and Steve answered all of our questions. He was an excellent teacher, very patient and we learned a lot despite having owned a trailer before. Lastly, Curtis had the paperwork organized, also answered all of our questions and finalized the sale in an efficient manner. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Blue Compass RV Vermont! Thank you for making our experience such a positive one!

Hi Everyone,My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Grand Design Imagine 2970RL Travel Trailer at Blue Compass RV/Vermont in September, 2023. Our Sales Representative was Phil. He was so great to deal with. I would encourage anyone looking to buy a new RV to seek Phil out. Phil went above and beyond for us from start to finish. We were disappointed when we learned that the original RV we had planned to look at was sold. Phil had us look at some other comparable models but could tell we weren’t satisfied with them so he arranged to transfer an RV with the specific floor plan we were interested in from their North Carolina location to the Vermont location. We really liked the unit but wanted to do our own thorough check/inspection before committing to finalize the purchase. Phil arranged for this to happen through the Service Department. The Service Department hooked the unit up to water and electric. We were able to check every single outlet, checked for leaking pipes, hot water, fridge, stove, etc. The process took about two hours. Phil and Bo from the Service Department stuck around in case there were any questions. Additionally, other sales staff like Joseph was very helpful. He answered a few questions for us. We decided to buy the unit. Signing on the new RV was quick and easy with Matt and we feel we got a good value for our trade. The entire staff members at Blue Compass RV Vermont were helpful and eager to make us happy. We had a great experience. If and when we are ever interested in a new RV in the future, we would definitely be interested in dealing with Phil and Matt at Blue Compass RV/Vermont. We Hope this review helps and instills confidence in anyone reading it and in giving this dealership serious consideration. We will be submitting another review in a year to update and share our experience in how the Service Department handles any warranty issues that may arise.

When this was Vermont country campers they were good we bought 4 campers from them but now it is hard to get a hold of anyone to talk to with about problems. when you call you have to leave a message and no one calls back. I understand that most all businesses are working short but when they don't seem to have the courtesy to call back is unacceptable. I do not believe that we will buy another camper for here.

The buying experience was awesome. When it comes to service, it's terrible - in that I can't reach anyone. I've left voicemails and called many times and all I get is the answering machine.I bought the complete coverage package as well, expecting top notch service - but nope. Really disappointed in that part of the process.This doesn't seem to be a location specific issue either. Calling the NH RV One and I have the same issue. You have to show up physically to get any service, and if you leave - you're not getting a call back. Pretty lame.
