Wrong part not once,but twice,the third time I had to pay even more, no box and had to walk 6 miles,with a starter in my hand..side note,it was 25 degrees f, so not all bad,would have much rather driven...who walks 6 miles with a starter?!?

Showed up at 12:30 for a part that was ready for pick up saw this with a locked door and could see at least three guys standing doing nothing in the back.

Needed non standard size wheel studs. Had a broken stud as a sample with me however, I didn't have the part number. The salesman stated that he is not able to go through boxes and match studs for me because it would take too much time. The store was empathy, there were no other customers in the store so he had plenty of time to demonstrate reasonable customer service. Soon, these kind of employees will be replaced by robots or computers and the stores that have such employees will be out of business.

The store in Essex Junction is the best. They go way above and beyond . Very helpful and courteous. We went to several different auto parts stores today. This place is by far the best.

Ordered part online for instore pickup. The part was not correct. Returned part to Essex and was referred to S. Burlington location as correct part was not in stock. S. Burlington would not honor online discount … counter staff was fine in Essex. honest mistake but frustrating.
