We have always had great service and fast delivery from this Domino’s location. The food always comes hot and ready to eat. Our order is always on point and accurate.

Domino's Customer CASE ID: 6733634. I live in an building for the disabled. I placed 2 orders recently and were very dissatisfied. The first order to be delivered was left on the bench outside, not brought to the apartment. The driver said he was afraid that the car would be stolen.I use a cane to move around and I am not very fast. It was difficult to go down to the lobby to get my order. The second order was left on the floor outside the door. He could not wait for me to answer the door! It was very hard to pick up 2 boxes while balancing on a cane. I paid for delivery and tipped well for it. Neither order was delivered properly. These people need ti understand that this is a handicapped people's building and mobility ii an issue. If I order again, I will not add the tip online but tip at the door. This way I can withhold the tip if service remains poor.

I have instructions on my profile to call when arriving, I received no call. I had to call the restaurant twice to see why my order hadn't arrived. I was told it was left outside, in the cold, for anyone to take. Again I received no call to let me know it arrived, I was standing out front waiting and the driver still just left it out back.

The delivery guy gave me a very hard time. He withheld our pizza while harassing me to give him a tip( something I do as much as I can. It made me feel belittled and disrespected.

The cheese need only 40% of ingredients for be call cheese I think domino's use something of 20%!

I ordered two pizzas for a party, one of them being a pepperoni but all I ended up getting was cheese. I called and talked to the person who made the order, Cassidy, and explain that both pizzas were going to a party and if I had one remade, I would have another one that was cold. I wanted to return my order and get the correct order at the same time because that's how I originally ordered it. She refused to fix my order and instead just gave me a credit. These people are incompetent, and obviously don't care about their customers. It's not my fault they are unable to follow directions, and now the party-goers are going to suffer. I will never return to this Domino's again. The manager should train their staff or get rid of them. Unacceptable

Cassidy is always great to me she never works without a smile. Unfortunately I saw this other bad review and had to comment that they are not incompetent and are very hard workers but will work upon policy and follow protocol. There may be a few things that the store could need which is more staff but training is not an issue. Love this store and the people in it. ?

First off , they show only one or two items on their online menu with prices. Do you attempt to negotiate a new vehicle , not being aware of the price ? BTYW , Vermont Statutes , and State AG's Office , clearly state ALL businesses in the State of Vermont MUST display the item price. That's the bare minimum people. So when you enter a convince store , and there are no prices displayed , don't fall for their , " Bring it to the register and we'll scan it line. " They are in VIOLATION of Vermont State Law. How do I know this information ? I'm a consumer attorney , and have been , since 1994. Stand up for your rights , because for the most part , no one else will. Recite the law to them. If no change in a week , take photographs , and file a complaint with the Vermont Attorney General's Office. You may , if you wish , file complaints with the Federal government as well. That's all I have to say. Patronize businesses which are upfront and ethical , and the bad ones will go away.

Just tried to order food. They accepted it and started making it then last second cancelled it on us and took our money! Neither of the guys working tonight 5/8/23 wanted to come see what was going on. The bigger guy with the maroon hoodie was extremely rude! Online and the app said they were open! Why take peoples money if you aren’t open and won’t make their food? Like straight terrible service. I’ve been getting food from them for a while and they constantly mess it up no matter how many times you try to correct it. I don’t get what the problem is!!!!

messed up both of my orders. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and it started to taste like pork. Come to my surprised there was a piece of pork in the food. by the way I DON’T eat pork. Worst dominoes experience ever

This Domino's location (58A Pearl St, Essex Junction, Vermont, Location #3103) consistently makes great pizza with plenty of toppings, consistently well prepared and tasty. For pizza I order "hand tossed" dough, and this dough has a hint of garlic flavor (but not too much) that adds zest. The menu prices are reasonable, and they always have useful coupons for online ordering that make the final prices very good. I have ordered here for years and any few problems over the years have been quickly resolved. I always carry out, so I have no experience with delivery service.

It seems like this Domino’s can’t get anything right it says hot sauce and pepperoni on the ticket. You’re doing a quality control check so check make it right this is the fourth time from the store and the lady that answered at 11:45 AM. January 21 2023 Don’t be in customer service because you’re just rude. I’m tired of complaining to this restaurant. I’m going to get a hold of corporate after this review so I can get a hold of the district manager.
