Not sure what others have experienced but over a 10-year period working with my mother-in-law, they have provided excellent service both here and in Connecticut.

There is not a rating low enough for Lincare. Some of the worst service I've experienced. My mom passed over a month ago. Called the company three times to pick up oxygen equipment. Called yesterday for pick up and called again this morning to confirm the equipment pick up. Was told yes, equipment will be picked up today. Well, guess what? At the end of the day the equipment has not been picked up. Called again and told it will be picked up tomorrow.I do not recommend Lincare for your medical needs. We experienced other problems during the use of their equipment.

This place is a nightmare. I've been trying for months just to get supplies. It's near impossible to get someone competent on the phone if you follow the prompts. If you get someone from the call center and your order is "pending," they are absolutely useless! And when they were not able to answer questions, they either accidentally hung up on me while trying to transfer me to a local office (Burlington) or transferred me to the WRONG location (Lyndonville).I've learned that if you just don't follow the prompts, someone from the actual office will answer. But that person simply does not listen. I specifically told them EXACTLY what I needed (hose, mask, headgear, filters) and when I finally got them back on the phone to ask about status a few weeks later, I was told my machine probably wouldn't be delivered for months. I HAVE A MACHINE! What? So when I finally received the supplies, it was ALL WRONG. WRONG headgear, WRONG mask, WRONG hose! I was so desperate that I ordered a mask on Amazon just to get by.Also, whatever phone system they have has a huge delay. So often times they think that you dropped the call. Once I was on hold for a while and, when someone finally answered, they had NO patience to wait for an answer and hung up even though I was speaking. But due to the stupid delay they thought nobody was on the other line. SO FRUSTRATING! They shouldn't be in the business of helping people.I've given up and starting over with a new supplier. I have a cousin down in Bennington, VT and she had similar issues.

The start of our relationship with Lincare was very good--but it sure went downhill! We had equipment in our home from Sept-Oct 2021. We called the local office to pick up the equipment once it was no longer needed. Since then, WE AND OUR INSURANCE HAVE BEEN BILLED CONTINUOUSLY FOR EQUIPMENT WE NO LONGER HAVE! This is very wrong.

My mom has this company, and they are unreliable, do not communicate, and don’t deliver when they are supposed to. My moms discharge from the hospital has been delayed twice already because they haven’t delivered what she needs. She was supposed to go home today. We’ll see if this happens for a third time tomorrow. I hope they get their act together, she has appointments tomorrow that will affect her care if she does not get there! Really disappointed that an oxygen supplier can pull these kinds of stunts and get away with it.

Avoid this company if at all possible. Communication is nonexistent. Rude on the phone and never return your phone calls. All around nightmare to receive CPAP supplies through third party extension of theirs.

Thanks to the staff at lincare I got oxygen supplies that I needed and transferring from inogen after hospital stay. The staff was very responsive and my supplies were delivered quickly.. thank you very much.

I would give this company zero stars if I had the chance. I have been waiting for service for over a month on an order and haven't gotten any answers at all, they just keep responding by kicking the can down the road. Avoid at all costs.

Great company to get you started with their machine but poor on helping you get supplies. Totally frustrated trying to deal with incompetent people on the phone when calling in for supplies. Simple instructions where to send supplies are being ingnored so receiving PO is returning all my supplies. No one bothers to call me to ask for correct instructions.If a could get supplies else where I sure would, but they supplied the machine so I'm committed to getting supplies from them.

The worst service ever! Its been 5 months since my doctor sent over a prescription. Not a peep. I HIGHLY recommend APRIA healthcare in South Burlington. They are In Network with Aetna too.

Called repeatedly for delivery was assured they would deliver that day..it stretched into two days and still no delivery. My elderly father is without his portable oxygen and is stuck in the house for the weekend. Very unreliable.
