Called multiple times, nobody ever answered the phone. The female on the voicemail said to text her because that would be the easiest way to get in touch with her, no response to texts and voicemail is full.
I see 4.9 stars, but for professionalism with answering your phone or returning texts, they get a one and that’s being generous!

Sarah is an angel sent just for me! Or, just for me is how she made me feel. She is actually that amazing to all of her clients. I was needing to get in last minute & she made it work! She has amazing technique. The first to try these different coloring techniques to make my hair better than what I even thought of. So talented.

I've only been going to Sarah for a long time now and I drive 45 minutes to get there. I tried many stylists before I started going to Sarah and I was always disappointed. I schedule around seeing her and plan in advance before going on vacation because she is worth it and going to get a bad haircut is a mistake you see in the mirror for weeks.
