Terrible customer service. Rude condescending bank tellers. Was talked down to as if I was a child. Unfortunately needed a new debit card, and this was the only bank that printed them in the area so I was forced to go there. Go to a different branch if you can. I always get better service at the community bank in Jericho. Highly recommend going there.

Was forced to get a new card from the Essex branch. Upon speaking to Sierra (though there is a sign out front saying to call for service) she had me go through drive thru for my new bank card. Horrible customer service again and not very secure. Will definitely be leaving in his bank after 10 years.

I'm very happy with Community Bank, N.A. in Essex Junction. The employees are always efficient, friendly and helpful.

ATM was not fully working... not suprising.. so I went to the drive up window.. was there almost ten min and no service I called and talked to a girl named Erin who was incredibly rude. She got an attitude with me because she didnt want to fully listen to what I was trying to say and have a foul attitude. Asked for a manager or supervisor and she refused then hung up. Worst customer service I have ever had there. Everyone is usually super awesome. Maybe re train her in customer service. Her attitude was FOUL

Honestly they've let my account go into the negative so many times now. Kali was the only girl there that would never let that happen. My card would never let me purchase items I couldn't afford. Once it wasn't merchants anymore everything changed for the complete worst. They are definitely losing my service. They don't even let you know anything going on with the account like they used to and it's getting pretty annoying. All of the new girls there don't know how to do their job. Not trying to be rude, but it's getting ridiculous because it's happened on multiple occasions just from them starting in this location. You should bring back your old employees.
